Buenos días comunidad de Hive, el día de hoy compartiré con ustedes la realización de una deliciosa pizza que fue realizada en familia. Lo mejor de la preparación es que cada quien ayudo para obtener el producto final. Esto se dió porque mis hijos querían desde hace días comer pizza y pues decidimos realizarla en casa.

Good morning Hive community, today I will share with you the making of a delicious pizza that was made as a family. The best thing about the preparation is that everyone helped to obtain the final product. This happened because my children had wanted to eat pizza for days and so we decided to make it at home.

Preparación / preparation

• Rayamos la mortadela.

We scratch the mortadella.

• Cortamos las salchichas.

We cut the sausages.

• Picamos el pimentón en tiritas.

Cut the paprika into strips.

• Picamos la cebolla en tiritas.

Cut the onion into strips.

Ahora si comenzamos con la preparación luego de picar y rayar los ingredientes necesarios.

Now if we start with the preparation after chopping and grating the necessary ingredients.

• A la masa precocida le untamos la salsa para pizza.

We spread the pizza sauce on the precooked dough.

• Luego de la salsa agregamos el orégano.

After the sauce add the oregano.

• Distribuimos las salchichas por la pizza.

We spread the sausages on the pizza.

• Luego agregamos la mortadela previamente rayada.

Then we add the previously grated mortadella.

• Por último agregamos el pimentón y la cebolla cortada en tiras y para finalizar le esparcimos el queso rayado.

Finally we add the paprika and the onion cut into strips and to finish we spread the grated cheese.

• Pizzas listas para el horno.

• Pizzas listas para degustar.

Pizzas ready to taste.
