Hola amigos de Hive y de la comunidad Hive Comments, yo soy Fernando Benedetti de @fernanblog; a pesar de que el tag ya culminó, no dejaré de participar ya que quiero cumplir con la invitación que me hicieron en su momento @carminasalazarte y @hanselmusic, 2 grandes Hivers cuyo talento es increíble y a quienes sí o sí deben visitar sin duda.
Este tag consta de 10 preguntas formuladas por @elcomentador para indagar un poco más en la vida de nosotros los Hivers, para darnos a conocer y también dar a conocer a otros usuarios. Trataré de ser lo más breve posible en las respuestas y bueno, de antemano agradecer a mis amigos por la mención en sus posts y la invitación propiamente.
Hi friends of Hive and the Hive Comments community, I'm Fernando Benedetti from @fernanblog; although the tag has already ended, I will not stop participating because I want to comply with the invitation that @carminasalazarte and @hanselmusic made to me at the time, 2 great Hivers whose talent is incredible and who you should definitely visit.
This tag consists of 10 questions asked by @elcomentador to find out a little more about the life of us Hivers, to make ourselves known and also to make other users known. I will try to be as brief as possible in the answers and well, in advance thank my friends for the mention in their posts and the invitation itself.
Ahora sin más preámbulos comenzamos:
✈️ 1. ¿En qué época del año tomas vacaciones de Hive...? Es más ¿Tomas vacaciones de Hive? 🏝
Yo soy relativamente nuevo en Hive, este es mi 8vo mes en la plataforma, no me he tomado vacaciones, pero si recesos breves de máximo 2 o 3 días ya que me gusta estar activo en las comunidades donde principalmente publico, trato de estar siempre leyendo, escuchando, observando y comentando las publicaciones de amigos, de usuarios más antiguos y de los que empiezan en la plataforma. También para responder a los comentarios de mis publicaciones en el menor lapso de tiempo posible.

✈️ 1. What time of year do you take Hive vacations...? In fact, do you take a Hive vacation? 🏝
I am relatively new to Hive, this is my 8th month on the platform, I have not taken vacations, but short breaks of maximum 2 or 3 days as I like to be active in the communities where I mainly post, I try to always be reading, listening, watching and commenting on posts from friends, older users and those starting out on the platform. Also to respond to comments on my posts in the shortest time possible.

Aproximadamente entre 6 y 8 horas.

Approximately between 6 and 8 hours.
💻 3. Muéstranos tu espacio de trabajo desde donde creas contenido, desarrollas dapps o ese lugar preferido para jugar en la blockchain Hive. 🕹
Por supuesto, son dos, el 1ero es donde grabo, el 2do donde edito, publico y hago todo lo demás relacionado a la plataforma.
💻 3. Show us your workspace from where you create content, develop dapps or that favorite place to play on the Hive blockchain. 🕹
Of course, there are two, the 1st is where I record, the 2nd where I edit, publish and do everything else related to the platform.
👵 4. ¿Piensas jubilarte de Hive? ¿Cuándo? ¿Tienes un plan de retiro establecido?👴
Mmmm no tendría una respuesta exacta, primero quiero llegar al año y en base a ello hacer un análisis retrospectivo y prospectivo para seguir tomando decisiones; en este momento es muy prematuro pensar en jubilación.
👵 4. Do you plan to retire from Hive? When? Do you have a retirement plan in place?👴
Mmmm I would not have an exact answer, first I want to reach the year and based on that make a retrospective and prospective analysis to continue making decisions; at this moment it is very premature to think about retirement.
⚰️ 5. ¿Estás prevenido para que alguien use tus fondos de Hive en caso de que mueras o quedes incapacitado de alguna manera? 🏥
Esta pregunta es Heavy Metal jajajaja, pero es algo importante, siendo honestos esto no me lo había planteado, sin embargo, en ese caso sería mi hermano a quien le delegaría esa tarea ya que el también hace vida actualmente en Hive y conoce parte del funcionamiento de la plataforma.
⚰️ 5. Are you prepared for someone to use your Hive funds in case you die or become incapacitated in some way? 🏥
This question is Heavy Metal hahahaha, but it is something important, being honest I had not thought about it, however, in that case it would be my brother to whom I would delegate that task since he is also currently living in Hive and knows part of the operation of the platform.
😩 6. ¿Cuál ha sido la peor experiencia que has tenido en esta blockchain y cómo la enfrentaste/superaste? 💪.
Hasta el momento puedo decir satisfactoriamente que no he tenido experiencias desagradables en Hive, si acaso al comienzo que me fue un poco complicado el entender la dinámica de la blockchain y eso me frustraba un poco. Ya con el tiempo aprendí a disfrutar la experiencia, a disfrutar del contenido de los demás usuarios y a empoderarlos más mediante comentarios sinceros, sanos y motivadores.
Creo que si es un poco decepcionante, el hecho de que algunos usuarios con alta reputación y que no son administradores de comunidades o de algún proyecto en particular, sean arrogantes en sus posts o comentarios, o que sencillamente no valoren el trabajo y/o esfuerzo de los demás usuarios, no sé si sea por el factor tiempo o porque no les nace, sea cual sea el caso no los juzgo más si esperaría que en ese aspecto mejoraran ya que la idea es crecer todos juntos y apoyarnos, al menos esa es mi visión y misión aquí en la plataforma.
😩 6. What has been the worst experience you have had on this blockchain and how did you deal with/overcome it? 💪.
So far I can satisfactorily say that I have not had any unpleasant experiences in Hive, maybe anything at the beginning it was a bit complicated to understand the dynamics of the blockchain and that frustrated me a bit. Over time I learned to enjoy the experience, to enjoy the content of other users and to empower them more through sincere, healthy and motivating comments.
I think it is a little disappointing, the fact that some users with high reputation and who are not community managers or any particular project, are arrogant in their posts or comments, or simply do not value the work and / or effort of other users, I do not know if it is because of the time factor or because they do not feel like doing it, whatever the case I do not judge them but I would hope that in that aspect they improve since the idea is to grow together and support each other, at least that is my vision and mission here on the platform.

Como yo me manejo más en el ámbito musical, mis recomendaciones están basadas en usuarios músicos principalmente, quisiera recomendar a más de 10 porque los tengo a todos en mente ya, pero siguiendo las reglas mencionaré a algunos de ellos sin orden específico: @musicandreview, @rosana6, @maitt87, @mirel0510, @wilddrumss, @naradamoon, @galih.amenk, @nahupuku, @jesuslnrs, @jaydr y quisiera que como adicional, tomen en cuenta a quienes me invitaron, a @carminasalazarte y a @hanselmusic, TODOS son increíbles y ejemplos a seguir!!!
En cuanto a comunidades recomiendo: Hive Open Mic, Sound Music, PukuMundo, Hive Gaming y EspaVlog.

As I deal more with music, my recommendations are based on musician users mainly, I would like to recommend more than 10 because I have them all in mind already, but following the rules I will mention some of them without specific order: @musicandreview, @rosana6, @maitt87, @mirel0510, @wilddrumss, @naradamoon, @galih. amenk, @nahupuku, @jesuslnrs, @jaydr and I would like that as additional, take into account those who invited me, @carminasalazarte and @hanselmusic, ALL are incredible and examples to follow!!!
As for communities I recommend: Hive Open Mic, Sound Music, PukuMundo, Hive Gaming and EspaVlog.
👩🏫 8. ¿Qué recomendaciones le darías a alguien que recién se unió a Hive?🤓
Que se asesore muy bien al momento de ingresar, con respecto al funcionamiento de la plataforma en general y su ecosistema, con respecto a las comunidades donde publicará y las pautas que debe seguir para ello. Le recomendaría muchísimo tener en cuenta la importancia de valorar el trabajo de otros usuarios y comentarles con sinceridad, valorar de forma empática el esfuerzo que hacen y comunicando de forma asertiva sus apreciaciones, sin hacer daño.
También le recomendaría visitar las comunidades de su interés; preguntar ante dudas a quien lo trajo a Hive o a usuarios experimentados, e incluso a los mismos administradores de comunidades. Adicionalmente le recomendaría abrirse una cuenta de Twitter para ayudar a hacer más visible Hive mediante su contenido y el de los usuarios de su preferencia; que esté dispuesto(a) a pasarla bien, a tomarse esta aventura muy en serio y a trabajar desde lo positivo, lo humano y por sobre todas las cosas desde el amor... ah y sin ser menos importante que tenga muuuucha paciencia durante el proceso y apertura al aprendizaje (edición de videos, redacción, creatividad, trabajo en equipo, etc).
👩🏫 8. ¿What recommendations would you give to someone who has just joined Hive?
That they get very good advice at the time of joining, regarding the operation of the platform in general and its ecosystem, with respect to the communities where they will publish and the guidelines they must follow to do so. I would highly recommend you to take into account the importance of valuing the work of other users and commenting sincerely, empathetically valuing the effort they make and communicating assertively their appreciations, without hurting them.
I would also recommend you to visit the communities you are interested in; ask if you have any doubts to the person who brought you to Hive or to experienced users, and even to the community administrators themselves. Additionally, I would recommend you to open a Twitter account to help make Hive more visible through your content and the users of your preference; that you are willing to have a good time, to take this adventure very seriously and to work from the positive, the human and above all from love... oh and not least that you have a lot of patience during the process and openness to learning (video editing, writing, creativity, teamwork, etc).
👍 9. ¿Qué es lo que más y lo que menos te gusta de Hive? 👎
Lo que más me gusta es que se monetiza el contenido desde el 1er día, que es descentralizada, que no hay censura (a menos que la provoques), que el contenido es visible a nivel mundial y que fácilmente puede ayudar económicamente a quien tenga un talento específico el cual desee explotar al máximo.
Lo que menos me gusta es que hay mucha información que puede ser usada por personas mal intencionadas para dañar a usuarios de alguna manera, y por ese mismo motivo también hay más probabilidades de plagio de contenido y que este sea llevado a otras redes sociales sin darnos cuenta ya que la mayoría no somos personalidades públicas y no tenemos forma de poder enfrentar una situación de índole legal con todas las herramientas necesarias.
👍 9. ¿What do you like the most and the least about Hive? 👎
What I like the most is that the content is monetized from the 1st day, that it is decentralized, that there is no censorship (unless you provoke it), that the content is visible worldwide and that it can easily help economically whoever has a specific talent which he/she wants to exploit to the fullest.
What I like the least is that there is a lot of information that can be used by ill-intentioned people to harm users in some way, and for the same reason there is also more likely to plagiarize content and that this is taken to other social networks without realizing it since most of us are not public personalities and we have no way to face a legal situation with all the necessary tools.

Existen varios amigos a quienes quisiera leerles, pero ya el plazo se terminó, más bien siento que estoy faltando el respeto con publicar días después de la finalización del tag.

Interesante iniciativa, pero no vi la publicación invitando a participar, seguramente lo hubiese hecho. El lote de 10 preguntas en cierta medida da a conocer más de las personas y plantea interrogantes que habitualmente muchos no se han planteado. Fíjate que esperas llegar a un año en Hive para hacer un análisis retrospectivo y prospectivo, y en mi caso tengo más de dos años y nunca me había hecho esa pregunta. Saludos.
