There is no doubt that the Nigeria agricultural sector are lacking behind and one of the things that human cannot do without is food and the famers are really doing a great job to feed the nation but when the necessary materials are not available it make work difficult and reduces the work productivity on the agricultural sector. We are faced with different natural ocurance like erosion, dought and other things and if these things are not properly managed it can cause a serious problem to the agricultural sector.

Why Nigeria have to adopt new technology

1. Increased productivity: when they adopt new technology into the system it will increase the productivity on the farm. Instead of stressing ourselve to do the difficult work the machinery will do tthe work thereby helping you to conserve your strenght to do other things

2. Shortage of workers on the farm: With the adoption of new technology this will help to paying less to workers and a situation whereby there is shortage of workers on the farm the new technology will do the work instead of depending on the workers and even the machine will do it better than the workers the only thing you will have to do is to control it .

We all now that the population is increasing day by day and for the sustainability in agricultural sector in Nigeria we have to start adoptingand inplementing the new technology into the agrictural sector.
