One of the things that make man to be successful is to be hardworking. Hardworking pays at the end. When you are hardworking even if you fail countless of times you will achieve success one day. When you are hardworking you will have a commitment in your work.

Being hardworking person it instill dedication and determination. You will have sense of direction . Through being hard working yo will be able to achieve your goals even if you encounter problems on the way , you will be able to overcome it through your dedication and determination. You will not just give up because you eyes will be fixed on the goal.

When you are hardworking you will get results of your hardworking and if you are idle you will also see the result of been idle which is poverty. Never relent and progress and be the best you can in whatever you do in order to achieve great success.

I was working in a Microfinance Bank and I use all my power and energy to make an impact in the organization and when I see a better offer outside I decided to leave but the bank doesn’t want me to leave but later I left there and I was given a recommendation letter which shows that I was very hardworking and such recommendation letter can speak for someone at any place. It pays to be hardworking.
