My Favorite TV Series

Good day people and welcome back to my page! It's @fayewrites

On this beautiful day, I would love to share with you all what I think is the best TV series of all time. My choice is probably biased because I had the tiniest crush on one of the characters but I would still like to know what TV series was your favorite.

My favorite TV series of all time is Merlin. You know... the one that goes...
"In the land of myth
at the time of magic
the destiny of a great kingdom
rests on the shoulders of a young boy
his name
Merlin"

The tale of Merlin centers around the lives of two young and ambitious young men_Merlin himself and The crowned prince Authur Pendragon.

It started with Merlin arriving Camelot with a letter from his mother addressed to Gaius, Merlin's guardian. Merlin was so excited about the great kingdom of Camelot as it was one of the greatest kingdom.

Unknown to Merlin, his arrival at Camelot also marked the blooming of his magical powers. He had no idea what was happening to him, all he knew was that whatever he thought in he's mind seemed to take place in real life. Gaius, his guardian and also the royal physician took notice of his powers and warned him sternly about using his powers to avoid getting killed. As was the rule in Camelot, anybody found practicing magic was to be killed at once

While running one of his numerous errands for Gaius, he stumbled upon a cocky young man, picking on a much more smaller man (peasant). Merlin stepped in and challenged the cocky young man, asking him to "pick on someone your own size" That earned hoots and murmurs from the already growing crowd. The cocky young man accepted Merlin's offer and challenged him to a duel. Using his power to his advantage, he stayed in the defensive and kept blocking all of the young man's hits until the last minute, the tables turned and Merlin's had him pinned.

After the duel, a bunch of royal soldiers came and seized the poor and unknowing Merlin. Turned out that the cocky young man was actually Arthur Pendragon, the crowned prince of Camelot and apparent heir to the throne.

Intriguing isn't it?! One of the most engaging series I have ever seen. This fantasy drama is packed action, suspense, a tolerable amount of horror and lots and lots of comedy. With it's amazing cast that played their various roles splendidly. International heartthrob, Colin Morgan who played the role of Merlin was my personal favorite and I bet he stole a lot of young girls' hearts.

The release date of the first episode was on the 20th of Sept 2008 and sixty five more absorbing episodes followed after that. These sixty five episodes were grouped into five seasons that makes up the whole series.

Boys and girls, ladies and gentlemen... this series is a must watch! Go see it if you haven't and if you have, now would be a great time to re-binge the whole series
so grab your popcorns and let's get into it!

Ahh merlin, I'm actually rewatching the series to relive some moments.

By the way the last picture you used has a watermark on it. Its not advisable to use those pictures as it implies that you have to pay to use it,which you didn't. It's better to use royalty free images from sites like, Pexels, Pixabay, unsplash. Etc

Merlin and Legend of the Seeker made a good name for themselves. Hehe.

As of that time, anyone that wasn't watching these were considered uninformed.

I'm yet to see the last few episodes of Merlin though.
