The City's First Crystal Guava Seller

I'm back again with stories about my city. And this time I'm still going back to tell you about various foods. But this time it's not food, it's fruits.
In the current pandemic era, it is very important for us to always maintain our health. One of them by maintaining the condition of the body through vitamins. There are many supplements or vitamins that are sold in the form of drugs. However, I prefer to get vitamins for my body through the fruits I eat. I really like fruits. One type of fruit that I like the most is guava fruit, which is very rich in vitamin C.
Do you know crystal guava fruit? Have you ever eaten it?
In the past, when I was still living in Medan City, I eat this fruit very often, because in Medan City there were very many crystal guava fruit traders. However, since I moved to Masohi City, and for the four years I have lived here, I have never eaten this guava fruit again. It's not that I don't like it, but that I can't find this fruit anywhere in this city. There are no fruit traders selling crystal guava fruit here. To be honest, I'm quite saddened by this fact.
But yesterday, for the first time when I was riding a motorbike in the middle of the city, I saw a merchant outlet on the side of the road, selling green fruit. From a distance I was interested to see it. When I approached, I was very surprised. Apparently, this seller sells crystal guava fruit as his merchandise. At that time I was very happy. Finally. I found this fruit in Masohi City, for the first time.
This fruit seller only uses a motorbike that is fitted with a glass box as a place for guava fruit on his motorbike seat. Not big but looks fresh.
At that moment I immediately stopped and bought his wares. While waiting for my fruit to be cut into pieces and served, I had a little conversation with this merchant. He said this fruit was sent from Java Island, to be precise from Central Java province using a ship to get to Masohi. However, he said that the shipping costs he had to pay were huge. Therefore, to cover it up, he was forced to sell his merchandise at a higher price.
1 serving of crystal guava fruit is sold for 20000 rupiahs containing 2 sliced guavas, which in my opinion is quite expensive. But I understand why he gave such a price.
As a taste innovation, he sells pieces of guava fruit with various flavors, namely:
- original: only pieces of guava fruit
- sour: pieces of guava mixed with somboi powder
- spicy: pieces of guava mixed with chili powder
- mix: a mixture of sour and spicy flavors
I think this mixture has a nice and fresh taste. Even though the price is quite expensive, I can still enjoy eating this fruit and still want to buy more in the future.
And of course I hope that more and more various types of fruit can enter this city, because in this city there are not many types of fruit that can be enjoyed other than local fruit from this area.
