Lessons from the mass inductrination day 13 held on the 27th October 2021 via zoom
It was a great time listening to great teaching from bro Eli. A lot of lessons were learnt and I just want to share few from the lessons.
1 John 5:16 KJV
If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.
There are two types of sin. Sin that is unto death and sin that is not unto death. Sin that is not unto death can be prayed about and be forgiven but the sin that is unto death cannot be prayed about.
Titus 3:10 KJV
A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;
When someone is unrepentant and continues to sin intentionally, such person can be expelled from the church.
Matthew 12:32 KJV
And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
Speaking against the Holy Spirit cannot be forgiven.
Acts 15:28-29 KJV
For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; [29] That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
We should not eat food offer to idols.
We should abstain from eating blood.
We should stay away from strangled animals.
We should also stay away from fornication.
