AIR POLLUTION VERY DANGEROUS
One of the major challenge in my community and country is pollution. Pollution is the release of harmful things or substances into the environment which could negative effects. Pollution could also be seen as the introduction of hazardous materials into the environment which affects the biotic and abiotic components of the ecosystem. This effect is in all seasons of the year. There are varied types of pollution and some of them is dependent on the kind of season or weather that determines their wide spread.
Some of the types of pollution we have includes;
- WATER POLLUTION: This normally occurs when the water is contaminated with things such as industrial wastes, sewage, agricultural wastes, etc. When water is contaminated, it affects the nature of the animals in water, it also affects the water that humans drink. Some of the diseases caused includes cholera, typhoid. Some times the fertilizer applied in farm can be washed by water which would be channel to the big water bodies like ocean, river.
- AIR POLLUTION: This is also defined as the introduction of gaseous materials into the air which distort human activity in the ecosystem. Like the release of carbon monoxide from exhaust pipe, vehicle or heavy duty machines could cause depletion of ozone layer which affects life. Burning of refuse or other wastes inappropriately could also cause air pollution. Air pollution could blog the respiratory system hence cause cancer if not properly managed.
- SOIL OR LAND POLLUTION: This is one of the commonest types of pollution because most human beings live on the earth. Construction of road, drainages, throwing wastes anyhow on the ground could lead to soil pollution. Most soil today aren't fertile for some agricultural activities due to the pollution that might have taken place.
- I could go on and on to mention other forms of pollution like noise, thermal pollution etc.
The most prominent or the kind of pollution that has had great effects in my environment is air. Every household now try to buy one or two machines that uses fuel. The use of firewood as well for cooking releases toxic gases to the atmosphere. When you inhale bad air it would definitely affect respiratory system and nostrils.
The effects of all these types of pollution would result to a change in climate, global warming. There are lots of pollutants around my environment. It's very good that all hands must be on deck to ensure that pollution is properly managed.
Pollution is not good.

That water pollution is the most common in my community here, the worst part is that it's not the community people that is doing all these but the industries around them

Pollution is a common problem in almost every region, the one that common in where I stay is land pollution due to improper waste disposal

The water and land pollution is common in this my street. Everywhere you go it either you come across water pollution or land pollution. It's so sad that people are not looking for solutions to stop this pollution problem of a thing.

Pollution is the major problem you face the last time I visited my hometown it happens that there water have been polluted when i get to find out that it was a company that polluted there water i was so angry.
