We read each other again, fellow Hive gardeners! For another update on our gardens! In this post I will tell you about the latest activities that I have done or seen on different days.

To begin with, last week I finally managed to harvest the last remaining cassava plants with my neighbor, of these 6, only 3 gave a good harvest, the others gave very little but we didn't care because in the end it is still profit!

Next to the cassava plants were some pumpkin plants and during the harvest they got pretty bad. My neighbor told me that it didn't matter, that they would get nicer and honestly I didn't believe it hahaha. But after 1 week that I realized how they had become I was very surprised!!! it is really something strange but I'm glad that my plants are better.

That same day I also took the opportunity to repot some ornamental plants that I had inside the house hanging and they fell and got hit a lot, as they were in small pots I changed them to ones in which they were more comfortable.

Before entering the house definitively I observed how other of my crops were doing: The recently planted cassava, some peppers, chilies and potatoes.

A few days later, when I had a free day again, I spent some time also looking at the progress of other plants that I had planted some time ago, such as the pineapple, rue and a crown of thorns, it should be noted that all of them were planted from cuttings and the pineapple from the head that I had removed from one that I had bought.

Additionally I separated and planted other little plants which name I don't know but I love them because they are white with purple and they really look beautiful!

I also put some luffah seeds to germinate, since I got one recently in a market (I use them to wash the dishes) and I really like them so much that I will sow them and look for a place where they can grow!

After that I went back up to the roof to check the passion fruit plant, because recently I was careless and I didn't go up too much and several of them got spoiled :(. To my astonishment it is blooming again! And as it flowers it continues to grow and becomes longer. I wonder how far it can go hahaha. As it continues to produce new flowers, so do the unwanted visitors, which at this point don't really cause that much damage to the plant, they just make me sick to see them.

To finish I saved the best! What has excited me the most these days and that gives me a lot of joy! Is that my Roselle plants are finally starting to show their buds!!! which means that very soon we will have a lot of flowers, I am waiting for this moment to make a jam! Which I'm sure I will enjoy a lot ;)

And that's all for now friends!!! I'm still waiting to plant corn but I haven't been able to get certified seeds, I want to do it as soon as possible to take advantage of the time! but in the meantime I have the soil covered with pruning waste to keep it protected from the sun.

Thanks for reading me! and once again thanks to @riverflows for another Garden journal Challenge!!!!
