🌞Every day our lives become more accelerated in a world with so much noise and so much technology. We are so distracted that we only focus on the material and the technological, and deep down I wonder if this is really who we are or if without realizing it we have lost our true essence. Let us not seek perfection or validation, let us not try to live a safe life, while on the way we are losing our life, let us live with purpose and love with intensity, let us not live in the shadow of the easy, let us not pretend to understand everything, but let us strive to understand what really matters to us our wealth is not only in material goods but in the things we live and in the mark we leave in the hearts we touch, let us not live to leave a trace, but to be a light that although it may be small illuminates the path of those around us.

🌞Cada día nuestras vidas se aceleran más en un mundo con tanto ruido y tanta tecnología. Estamos tan distraídos que solo nos enfocamos en lo material y lo tecnológico, y en el fondo me pregunto si esto es realmente lo que somos o si sin darnos cuenta hemos perdido nuestra verdadera esencia. No busquemos la perfección ni la validación, no intentemos vivir una vida segura, mientras en el camino nos vamos perdiendo la vida, vivamos con propósito y amemos con intensidad, no vivamos en la sombra de lo fácil, no pretendamos comprenderlo todo, pero si esforcémonos por comprender lo que realmente nos importa nuestra riqueza no está solo en los bienes materiales sino en las cosas que vivimos y en la huella que dejamos en los corazones que tocamos no vivamos para dejar rastro, sino para ser una luz que aunque pueda ser pequeña ilumine el camino de quienes nos rodean

🌞Many times we live life like zombies without a real purpose, we are so distracted that we only focus on the material and the technological and deep down I wonder if this is really who we are or if without realizing we have lost our true essence we have let ourselves be dragged by this modern time and we have disconnected from ourselves and those around us. Even from our family we do not focus only on work and how to achieve our goals quickly, but is it really worth losing so much time and our happiness, we seek more money, more recognition, the real wealth is the love we share with our loved ones, are those beautiful moments that become memories every day we are becoming more disconnected from the reality of the beauty of the world around us, but what hurts me the most is that we ourselves have normalized it.

🌞Muchas veces vivimos la vida como zombis sin un propósito real, estamos tan distraídos que solo nos enfocamos en lo material y lo tecnológico y en el fondo me pregunto si esto es realmente lo que somos o si sin darnos cuenta hemos perdido nuestra verdadera esencia nos hemos dejado arrastrar por este tiempo moderno y nos hemos desconectado de nosotros mismos y de los que nos rodean. Incluso de nuestra familia no centramos solo en el trabajo y en como alcanzar nuestras metas rápidamente, pero realmente vale la pena perder tanto tiempo y nuestra felicidad, buscamos más dinero, más reconocimiento, la verdadera riqueza es el amor que compartimos con nuestros seres queridos, son esos momentos hermosos que se convierten en recuerdos cada día nos vamos desconectando más de la realidad de la belleza del mundo que nos rodea, pero lo que más me duele es que nosotros mismos lo hemos normalizado.

🌞It is time for us to wake up and leave technology and material things aside and put limits, we are the ones in charge, not her who governs us, we have to take more time to take care of our body and soul, more time to share with family and friends because this life is very short so let's enjoy it to the fullest and yes it is full of multiple obstacles that make us stronger and are only opportunities to grow and develop the best version of each one of us.

🌞Es hora de que despertemos y dejemos la tecnología y las cosas materiales a un lado y le pongamos límites, nosotros somos los que mandamos, no ella quien nos gobierna, tenemos que tomarnos más tiempo para cuidar nuestro cuerpo y alma, más tiempo para compartir con la familia y amigos porque esta vida es muy corta así que disfrutémosla al máximo y sí está llena de múltiples obstáculos que nos hacen más fuertes y son solo oportunidades para crecer y desarrollar la mejor versión de cada uno de nosotros.

🌞I believe that we all have a reason for being and a purpose in life and it doesn't matter if it is big or small because every decision and action we take can mark our lives and can make a difference in someone else's life so we should not underestimate anyone so this beautiful journey we call life let us never lose love, empathy and above all let us keep the flame of faith and hope alive and embrace with all our soul our humanity and let it shine with our good works especially for those who need it the most.

🌞Creo que todos tenemos una razón de ser y un propósito en la vida y no importa si es grande o pequeño porque cada decisión y acción que tomamos puede marcar nuestras vidas y puede hacer la diferencia en la vida de alguien más así que no debemos subestimar a nadie así que este hermoso viaje que llamamos vida no perdamos nunca el amor, la empatía y sobre todo mantengamos viva la llama de la fe y la esperanza y abracemos con toda nuestra alma nuestra humanidad y dejemos que brille con nuestras buenas obras especialmente para aquellos que más lo necesitan.
