Hello family
We are pleased to announce that the community will participate in the dynamic called Author of the week, is a way of healing where the same community chooses the most outstanding author of a week.
How will it be done?
Every Friday we will choose 4 featured posts from different authors, then we will make a poll in LeoThreads where the same users will decide who will be the featured author of the week.
Prize?
In this proposal, the author of the week will have the right to receive 60% of the rewards of the post where he/she is named as author of the week.
Objective:
This dynamic encourages authors to create original and quality content within the community, in addition, it encourages users to vote for their favorite author, interacting in the new @leofinance interface, which we think is a great option to share content and to interact without leaving our beloved blockchain.

We remind you that thanks to a delegation on the Leo token, we can vote threads with the hashtag #family or #friends, so we invite you to participate in LeoThreads to receive some rewards in Leo.

Tips Section
On some occasions we will have a small section of small tips for new authors who wish to be named as Author of the Week, so be on the lookout for suggestions from the community itself.
In addition to this important announcement, we remind you that you can help the community to get a delegation for 6 months of 100k HP, just enter this link and fulfill the tasks, including making a thread where it is mentioned that they will represent the community of Family & Friends, in addition to the delegation there is a prize pool of 10k USD to distribute.

Hola Familia
Nos complace anunciar que la comunidad participará en la dinámica llamada Autor de la semana, es una manera de curación en donde la misma comunidad elige al autor más destacado de una semana.
¿Cómo se realizará?
Cada viernes elegiremos 4 post destacados de diferentes autores, luego realizaremos una encuesta en LeoThreads donde los mismos usuarios decidirán quien será el autor destacado de la semana.
¿Premio?
En esta propuesta, el autor de la semana tendrá el derecho de recibir el 60% de las recompensas del post en donde se le nombre como autor de la semana.
Objetivo:
Esta dinámica incentiva a los autores a crear contenido original y de calidad dentro de la comunidad, además, incentiva a los usuarios a votar por su autor preferido, interactuando en la nueva interfáz de @leofinance, la cual nos parece una estupenda opción para compartir contenido y para interactuar sin salir de nuestra querida blockchain.

En algunas ocasiones tendremos una pequeña sección de pequeños consejos para los nuevos autores que deseen ser nombrados como Autor de la Semana, así que deben estar atentos a las sugerencia de la misma comunidad.
Además de este importante anuncio, le recordamos que pueden ayudar a la comunidad a obtener una delegación durante 6 meses de 100k de HP, solo deben ingresar en este enlace y cumplir con las tareas, entre ellas hacer un thread en donde se mencione que van a representar a la comunidad de Family & Friends, además de la delegación hay una bolsa de premios de 10k USD a repartir.
