When you bake a cake for the second time and the puff cake falls asleep...

Hello friends. Today at noon I decided to bake a cake for the second time.

Last night, when I went to the store with my husband, I bought special flour so that I can bake a cake today.

Half an hour before I started my work, I took the milk and eggs out of the refrigerator so that the temperature would be the same as the environment.

I started working in the order shown in the photos.

The ingredients I needed for this cake:

  • egg
  • Lion
  • flour
  • Sugar
  • baking powder
  • vanilla
  • cocoa powder
  • Lemon peel powder

I mixed sugar, eggs and vanilla with a mixer.

Then I added oil and milk. I hit the same woman. I sifted the flour together with the baking powder three times. I added eggs and sugar to the milk. I stirred slowly.

I took two containers and oiled all the surface with a brush and sprinkled some flour so that the cake does not stick after cooking.

I poured the liquid into two containers.

I kept two spoons of the liquid, added some cocoa powder and poured it on the cake liquid. Because it was heavy, it sank into the cake liquid.

I had already turned on the air conditioner to warm it up.

Then I put it on 150 degrees for 30 minutes. Then I put it on 250 degrees for 5 minutes. The cake was very crispy. It didn't puff up like the first time I baked a cake. I don't know the reason. I think I beat the egg a little and it wasn't fluffy enough.

I hope it puffs up well next time.
