Mung bean porridge is a specialty of my country, Indonesia. Mung beans are one of many types of beans. Most often here are processed into porridge.

Bubur kacang hijau adalah makanan khas negaraku, Indonesia. Kacang hijau adalah satu dari berbagai jenis kacang. Paling sering di sini diolah menjadi bubur.

Yesterday morning, my mother made mung bean porridge. The ingredients were: of course mung beans, then brown sugar, coconut milk, and others.

Kemarin pagi, ibuku membuat bubur kacang hijau. Bahan-bahannya: tentu saja kacang hijau, lalu gula merah, santan, dan lain-lain.

In my opinion, mung bean porridge is good to eat when it is warm, room temperature, cold, frozen, as long as it doesn't boil hehe... plus sweetened condensed milk is also delicious.

Menurutku, bubur kacang hijau enak disantap saat kondisinya hangat, suhu ruang, dingin, beku, asal jangan mendidih saja hehe... ditambah susu kental manis juga enak.
