Macro Photography of a Giant Honey Bee

avatar

Hello Community!

Hope you're all well and good. By the Grace of God I'm also well. Today I came up with some macro shots of a honey bee. It is a very big honey bee. Its size was about 18-20mm. It's scientific name is Apis dorsata. I found this bee on a herb. It is a dangerous insect. If this bee stings you, your body becomes swollen and very painful. So I had to be very careful in the process of capturing the pictures. The bee was perched on a leaf and was constantly moving. So it was very difficult to capture pictures of this bee. In order to take good macro images, it is very important that your object is stationary. Because if your object is static, you can focus on it and get images in good detail. After a lot of effort I managed to take some good pictures of it which I am going to share with you now. I hope you will like it.
