UNBOXING HUION Kamvas 16 2021. Un drama en 3 actos, del hype a la aceptacion
Muy buenas. Hoy les quiero compartir algo que, es mi mayor ilusión y la vez fue motivo desilusión, Un drama de 3 actos, espero que lo encuentren interesante!

Estaba muy emocionada por comprar este producto, lo planee con 1 año de antelación e hice muchos cálculos, trabaje mucho y me desvelé trabajando para ahorrar lo suficiente para conseguirla. Con mucha emoción hice la cita para visitar el showroom un martes.
El día que fui a buscarla, hacía un calor brutal. Hubo una ola de calor y los 44 grados hicieron más difícil la travesía, Hubo un apagón, el subterráneo se quedó sin luz, eso me retraso mucho, llegue media hora de tarde de la hora pautada al showroom.
I was very excited to buy this product, I planned it with 1 year in advance and did a lot of calculations, worked very hard and stayed up late working several times to save enough money to get it. I happily made the appointment to visit the showroom on a Tuesday.
The day I went to get it, it was stupidly hot. There was a heat wave and the 44 degrees made the trip more difficult, there was a power outage, the subway was without energy, that delayed me a lot, I arrived half an hour late to the showroom.
Aquí empiezan los problemas, por el apagón, no me probaron la tableta en el sitio, sin luz no hay como probarla. Pero igualmente feliz con mi producto porque al fin, después de tanto esfuerzo, pude tenerla.
Here the problems begin, because of the blackout, they did not test the tablet on the office, without light there is no way to test it. But still I was happy with my product because at last, after waiting so long, I could have it.

Mientras hacia el Unboxing y tomaba las fotos que iré mostrando en este post, leyendo el manual me percaté que faltaba la fuente de poder y el stand de la tableta. Son accesorios que si bien no son esenciales para el funcionamiento de esta, están indicados en la caja y en el manual.
While I was doing the Unboxing and taking the photos that I will show over here, reading the manual I realized that the power supply and the stand of the tablet were missing. These are accessories that although they are not essential for the operation of the tablet, they are indicated in the box and in the manual.
Al reclamarle al vendedor, este me respondió con algo que no me esperaba. "El cargador, no hace falta". Y respecto al stand, intentó vendérmelo con un “descuento” por ser ex cliente. Me enfureció muchísimo ¿por qué voy a pagar por algo que ya compre? Y encima no tenían stock, osea todo mal.
When I complained to the seller, he replied with something I wasn't prepare for. "The charger is not necessary". And regarding the stand, he tried to sell it to me with a "discount" for being a former customer. that made me very angry, why should I pay for something I already bought? And on top of that, they had no stock to offer.
𝒜𝒸𝓉𝑜 𝟥. 𝐿𝒶 𝒶𝒸𝑒𝓅𝓉𝒶𝒸𝒾𝑜𝓃
Hable con HUION china sobre los problemas con los accesorios de la tableta y estos me respondieron que no entienden por qué vino incompleto y que lamentablemente no pueden hacer nada debido a que le compre el producto a un revendedor y no a su página oficial.
I spoke to HUION china about the problems with the tablet accessories and they replied that they don't understand why it came incomplete and that unfortunately they can't do anything because I bought the product from a reseller and not from their official site.
De acuerdo con el soporte técnico, la fuente de poder no es importante si se usa la conexión 3-1 o el cable USB-C, cualquiera de los dos deberían aportar el poder suficiente para encender la tableta, probando me di cuenta que es cierto.
Lamentablemente, mi PC Lenovo que uso para pintar, no es compatible con el cable USB-C que trajo la tableta de fabrica. Los puertos USB-C de la Lenovo trabajan con un protocolo DP1.4 que no es soportado por el cable que tiene un protocolo de DP1.2.
Y para el stand, compre uno genérico de plástico.
According to tech support, the power supply isn't important whether you use the 3-1 connection or the USB-C cable, either option should provide enough power to turn the tablet on, testing it myself, I found this to be true.
Unfortunately, my Lenovo PC that I use for painting is not compatible with the USB-C cable that the tablet came with from the factory. The USB-C ports on the Lenovo work with a DP1.4 protocol which is not supported by the cable which has a DP1.2 protocol.
And for the stand, I bought a generic plastic one.
No es hermoso pero hace su trabajo || it is not the beauties thing ever but it does the job.
Los otros elementos que trae la tableta, son el guante, el pañito para limpiar la pantalla, el lápiz sin baterías con una base de soporte que contiene 10 puntas de repuesto en el interior.
Un papelito que dice donde bajar los drives, ya nadie usa CD en estos días. El sapo manual de instrucciones, y los cables. El USB-C a USB-C, el USB-C a USB-A (asumo para el cargador), el cable 3 en 1 (HDMI, power y USB a la tableta) y un extensor de USB.
The other items that come with the tablet are the glove, the screen cleaning wipe, the battery-less stylus with a stand base containing 10 spare tips inside.
A small piece of paper that tells you where to download the drives, no one uses CDs anymore. The instruction manual, and the cables. The USB-C to USB-C, the USB-C to USB-A (I assume for the charger), the 3 in 1 cable (HDMI, power and USB to tablet) and a USB extender.
Independientemente si el cargador no hace falta y el stand es opcional, uno como consumidor debe exigir que se le entregue todos los componentes tal y como lo indica el fabricante y el manual de instrucciones.
Me pone triste que las cosas tengan que ser así. La decidí comprar en Argentina pensando que eran un vendedor oficial de HUION, pero por como resultaron las cosas y los correo de HUION china, claramente no es así.
Capaz estoy haciendo mucho drama por 2 tonterías, pero en verdad me hacia ilusión el stand y tener todo completo, bien bonito. El hecho que no trajera todo completo me arruinó mi momento, estuve molesta 1 semana.
Regardless if the charger is not necessary and the stand is optional, one as a consumer should demand that all components are delivered as indicated by the manufacturer and the instruction manual.
It makes me sad that things have to be this way. I decided to buy it in Argentina thinking they were an official HUION seller, but by the way things turned out and the mails from HUION China, it is clearly they are not.
Perhaps I'm making too much drama for 2 silly things, but I was really looking forward to the stand and having everything complete, nicely ordered and completed. The fact it was incomplete ruined the experience for me, I was angry for a whole week.
En fin, La hipotenusa.
Conclusion:
No confíen en los proveedores de L4tAm que se vanaglorian de la marca que representan.
No compren nada sin antes verificar que el precinto de seguridad no esté roto.
Lo barato sale caro.
Conclusion:
Do not trust L4tAm suppliers who boast about the brand they try to represent.
Do not buy anything without first verifying that the security seal is not broken.
The cheaper option turns out more expensive.
Lo bueno es que felizmente, el quipo funciona, y por lo menos hasta ahora no me ha dado problemas.
El lápiz se desliza por la pantalla como la tableta normales solo que con la pantalla puedo ver lo que hago, lo que vuelve mas intuitivo a la hora de dibujar para mi, como lo hago sobre el papel.
Después de instalar el driver y conectarla, esta lista para usar.
The Good thing is, the device works perfectly and and at least so far it has not given me any problems.
The stylus slides across the screen like the normal tablet with the difference I can see what I'm doing on the screen, which makes drawing more intuitive for me, like drawing on paper.
After installing the driver and connect it, it is ready for using!

OMG! Que bien que la pudiste comprar, felicidades! Yo también tengo como meta comprarme esa tableta, espero cumplirla. Que la disfrute y que ponche los accesorios que no llevaba Zzzz pero bueno que bien que si sirve.

Creo que yo ahorrare para comprarme la de 13 (primero porque es la más barata XD) y así pruebo que tal es ✨
Lamentable que no viniera con todos los accesorios que debería incluir, pero oye, se ve muy bien la Tableta, está funcional y super que puedas visualizar con una pantalla integrada.
Yo pasé por una tienda para comprarme un mouse gaming y me conseguí con una GAOMON M10K y otros modelos, pero claro, no tienen una pantalla donde veas lo que haces y creí que solo las de Apple eran las que contaban con eso.
Con ese tamaño de dispositivo ya estás que te veo como toda una profesional o streamer. jeje
Sii eso me arruino mi momento, pero si funciona bastante bien.
Las competencias de Wacom son XP-pen y HUION, las mas famositas, hay otras surgiendo por allí a precios mas accesibles que la Wacom y ya era hora xd
Para esta estuve mucho tiempo revisando muchos reviews para decidirme, lo medité bastante.
