Oatmeal is a natural source of carbohydrates and fiber, it is better than a traditional flour because it contains less hydrates and more natural wheat so it provides much more satiety, as for cereals, oats are much better than a refined cereal because it provides more properties. From any perspective, oatmeal is an excellent ingredient to keep us healthy, so today I am delighted to show you a very rich and simple recipe that I love as a breakfast option because I think the feeling of fullness that comes from just eating two of these pancakes is incredible. it also generates energy for the whole day. Best of all, we need few ingredients, let's get started!

I started by placing water in a container (you can use milk) and the two eggs, beat until enough foam remained and it was almost white.
I started pouring the oatmeal into this mixture and beat until thick. We must add little by little so that it yields what is necessary.
I put a small skillet to heat and greased enough so that the mixture did not stick. I used a spoon to have exact measurement in each pancake, we pour into the pan.
When we see bubbles gushing out of the mixture in the pan, it's time to flip it. We must be aware of the cooking as it is somewhat lighter and more delicate than the usual mixture of pancakes with wheat flour, I recommend playing with the level of fire.
The end result would be this, delicious healthy pancakes that we can accompany with the ingredients of our choice. There were several unsuccessful attempts to finally get them the way I like them, so don't give up if the first three don't turn out so decent hahaha. I leave the amounts to your preference.
