Hive is slowly becoming the most popular blockchain of the moment and we see how it is being given the place it deserves. And all this is being achieved mainly with Splinterlands that if we see what we read in the news this week has broken different records and has ranking again in dappradar as the most important play2earn game around the crypto world.
If we take a close look at the huge volume Splinterlands is getting we will be surprised how fast it has spread all over the crypto world:
285K daily users: Something very surprising taking into account that the number of active users on August 25th (just a month ago) was 108,3K daily users, in just one month almost triples the number of new users that have arrived and play every day. Also, the transactions and daily volume in splinterlands exceed 280K.
But the amazing thing about splinterlands, not only applies to the number of new users that arrive and stay every day, but it also applies to the economy of the game because right now the DEC which is the currency of the game has remained very stable compared to other game currencies such as the SLP of Axie infinity or the PVU of plant vs undead, which has suffered many drops and severe corrections. But the DEC has been in the $0.005 range for several days now.
Splinterlands is the key to success?
Yes, because everything they have done so far has been in a controlled manner and always thinking about the players. Although there are currently many play2earn games that offer NFT rewards to players, and every day hundreds and hundreds more come out. But why does Splinterlands a card game continue to reap success after success? Mainly because the updates and new policies think mainly about the players.

The pride of Hive indeed. It’s amazing to see how Splinterlands grew to become the most played blockchain game in the world right before our eyes, kudos to the entire dev team, boys and players all over the world. We were formerly used to saying that 10 splinterlands games will take Hive to the moon, from this point, just 2 splinterlands will moon hive.

It is quite amazing to see these daily user numbers ! I read recently a post claiming that Bots could kill splinterlands, do we have an idea of the bot proportion?
DEC has been quite stable which is great as it is supposed to go back to the peg.
SPS is also holding well for the past few days and I surely hope it continues :D

But nevertheless so far splinterlands has held up pretty well, and with all the updates to come I wouldn't be surprised if they remove the bot accounts.
