I was getting rid of some of my belongings, and Yor is one of the few people to whom I want to donate my stuff, so I won't be carrying much on my departure day. I request that we meet at Ayala at Metro since I need to buy some delicacies to share with my family. I waited until he was finally out and finished his shift, and because I hadn't eaten anything for lunch, I begged him to stay a little longer so we could eat and speak because I knew I'd miss him.

Since I regularly do my grocery shopping at Metro Ayala, I've observed that this location is new, and while I've seen this name on my food panda app, I had no idea they could have a branch inside Ayala. I'm only familiar with their Cardinal Rosales Avenue location, but they also have a stand in Sugbo Mercado. Yor agreed to stay a little longer because I was excited to try it for the first time. The space or general set-up with the table and background is really appealing to me. We looked over their menu, which was rather remarkable. I was hungry, but I told myself that I'd try their other cuisine the next time I visited Cebu and just have a coffee and some of their desserts.

I've always wanted to visit Thailand, but it hasn't happened because of other travel plans I have, and this plan has been pushed back several times. What I really want to do when I go there is experience their cuisine, but for now, eating at Thai food stalls is all I can do. lol

So, because I enjoy the Mango Sticky Rice, we got one as well as the Nutella sandwich. I ordered a coffee, while he got cucumber and lemon drinks. I was very thrilled to try it, and we were able to discuss and share my plan while we waited. We did had to wait that long for the food, but that was ok with us. As usual, I enjoy the Mango Sicky Rice, however the coffee and Nutella Sandwich might be better. But I can't wait to taste their other menu items when I return to Cebu next month.
