HAPPY PRIDE MONTH TO OUR LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY 🌈🏳️🌈
I adore all of my friends from the LGBTQ+ Community. I am very proud of them for finding their voices and being proud of who they are. Most individuals in this generation are accepting, yet some are still cautious to embrace them. So this celebration and month are to raise awareness that they belong and must be embraced since we are all equal regardless of ethnicity, color, shape, size, or gender orientation.
Last Tuesday, our managers and operations lead invited us to remain for a short while to watch the Pride Month event. Because we operate in a hybrid structure, most of the employees are working from home and rely on the Facebook Live that our managers have put up so that everyone can see it. I was really looking forward to seeing the show.
They designed the hall modestly, and they also have these adorable cupcakes with an accustomed design that really appeals to me. I had no idea there was a contest going on and assumed it was simply a performance, but when the program began, I was really delighted. Despite some technical difficulties, the host was able to keep the crowd engaged. They learn about other points of view and what Pride means to them and how they understand it.
When the sound system was adjusted, the program began, and the first contestant had already thrilled the audience. When the second person took the stage, the audience was still energized and applauded. I am extremely pleased with each and every one of them because their ability and wit were overflowing and I am so into it. The third contender won the creativity award; her outfit was fantastic and very colorful but heavy; she appeared to be straining but yet managed to perform effectively and conclude her performance with a bang.
The audience was pumped and everyone was having a fantastic time as they had their last showdown. This contest certainly brightened my day, and I'm thrilled for the winner. Everyone is still a winner since they all return home with a prize!
