Courtyard spaces. Southern microdistrict

I have said many times that the metaphysical sensations among new buildings are very different from the atmosphere of long-formed spaces. More than once I tried to take a walk, feel something and capture...but all the times I did not succeed.

The Southern microdistrict is very young and is still in the process of development.

For the experiment, I started shooting in jpeg format...but no, it's bad to lie! There was no experiment, I just screwed up forgetting to switch to raw.

I thought I f**ked everything up...but no, I still managed to pull something out.

For various reasons, I have already been to this microdistrict many times, so I still feel something for it.

Yard spaces are just being formed here.

Accommodation is decent, but this place is just very far from the center!

All the names of Vologda microdistricts came from the annexed villages. The Southern microdistrict is located between the villages of Okhmyltsevo and Chernyshovo.

There are a lot of tunnels in new houses.

Even small walkways are a very convenient solution for the passage between courtyard spaces.

The microdistrict is expanding rapidly.

Unexpectedly for myself, I still managed to find something interesting.

The atmosphere here is, of course, completely different.

But I was wrong about not feeling anything here.

You can find something anywhere!

Southern is divided into two parts by the central Vozrozhdenie street.

And the entrance to the microdistrict is carried out from the Roundout Highway.

In this place of the city, an infrastructure has already been formed in the form of chain and private shops, a car dealership, a shopping center, public transport stops and parking complexes...but the social sphere is at zero.

There are no schools, kindergartens, parks, or public gardens here.

Although everything is already foreseen for the future.

The Christmas park will be ready soon.

Well, kindergartens and schools will still be built. The microdistrict is, in fact, not large.
