Cherepovets photo sketches. Pt.1

You should never give in to stereotypes, think badly about some place if you have never been to it! When I was exclusively a landscape phorographer, I always thought that cities like Cherepovets were as boring as possible. All opinions were formed from the stories of friends, from pictures from the Internet.

But as soon as I myself visited this city for the first time, my opinion changed in the opposite direction.

There are no fewer panel houses and shabby stalinkas here, but I found beautiful places with postcard views.

The one of me from the past, a lover of beautiful landscapes and urban architecture, would really like it here if I visited then.

But now I'm other. I openly perceive any space.

It sounds strange, but if you are not very attracted to the pictures in the post, then they are from me, from the heart.

And if the pictures are straight "Wow!", then this is also done by me, but only with my mind, not my soul.

These two opposite states both have the right to life.

Only a more real state will still be where the soul is present.

Before, I took photos only with my mind: I thought through every frame to the smallest detail.

Now I start from my inner feelings: if something rang inside, then I press the button.

But I have not lost my mind - this is a reportage photography that accompanies me every day.

In fact, I have already talked about this many times, only in other words.

What I like may not be to the liking of others.

The fact that I make a beautiful picture with my mind is perceived by the minds of other people as a beautiful picture.

One of my favorite weather conditions is when the sun comes out immediately after rain.

Especially if the camera is directed towards the sun.

Cherepovets impressed me with the coziest courtyards with arches, houses of different eras, and textures.

To be continued...
