Bright spotted street. Part 4

When I first started studying photography, my attention was stolen by beautiful pictures taken by a photography teacher. Then I reached his level and they stopped seeming so cool to me.

But I began to study photography further and my attention switched to ultra-precise and technically verified night urban landscapes.

And I passed this level, achieving the same results.

Then my attention was stolen by the reportage pictures, as I began working as a photojournalist for a newspaper.

Then I was even more surprised how you can shoot the ordinary in an unusual way.

But I have overcome these levels over time.

What is stealing my attention now? Until recently, these were silhouettes in street photography, street with a flash, an unusual photo essay....but everything has been passed and studied.

In the last couple of years, I've been creating stories for myself that catch my attention and studying them myself.

I've reviewed a bunch of different kinds of pictures and nothing steals my attention so much anymore.

It's not for nothing that I've always saved pictures that stole my attention – years later, I judge by them what is still surprising and what already seems too simple to perform.

And now let's bring it all to life!

In real life, in any field, something always steals attention.

And you need to go through it and study it.

A new city surprises at first, and then, when you know every corner of it, it already seems boring.

A new car brings joy and pleasure, but when you drive it for more than one year, it seems ordinary and familiar.

Habit is also a good thing, and there is a lot of information in your head, for example, how to get to a particular place, which is how it works – it is useful. This is already called experience.

But you need to constantly upgrade and go through what is not studied, which steals your attention.

If you do it all the time and don't stop, then this is the only way to achieve great success!
