Sleeping mask inspired by MIU - Crochet knitting

Greetings my dear community of @holozing again sharing with you my projects inspired by these characters or creatures of this new Hive game. This time I bring you a sleeping mask inspired by the character of MIU, crochet knitted, many of us are cat lovers and we love to use any custom accessory with this pet.

First I started by knitting the mask in gray crochet thread. I started with a chain of 6 stitches, making increases at the beginning and end of each row of single crochet stitches, until I made ten rows, then in the same way I made decreases until I had 6 stitches again. With this we made the same as the mask. In the same way we repeat all sequence that previously explained but in an inverse way that is to say we begin making increases and we finish with the decreases to finish in the same way as the beginning with 6 stitches. To finish, we make a low stitch all around the edge to give it a nice finish.

To make the ears we start with a chain of 6 stitches, we start the first row leaving the first chain free to make a total of 5 single crochet stitches, from there we start the reductions at each end of the next row and in this way we continue until we have 3 single crochet stitches which we take together in a single decrease. To give it a better finish all around the edge, we elaborate the low stitches. We repeat the same sequence to make the other piece, leaving at the end enough yarn left over to sew and fix to the mask.

Next I will cut the pieces of the remaining parts of the MIU cat, the eyes, nose and the inner part of the ears. But before gluing them and making details of shadows and light, on the back of the mask I put a gray suede fabric, cut a black elastic strip with the size and fit of my head and glue it with silicone trying to hide the ends on the inside. Once this step is dry, I proceed to glue the pieces I cut at the beginning in the correct position.
