Un saludo mi querida comunidad ❤️ les doy la bienvenida a mi blog y les deseo un feliz inicio de semana a todos los que me leen el día de hoy. Esta semana me gustaría unirme a la iniciativa de la querida @irenenavarroart para continuar hablando un poco mas sobre nuestro estilo de vida y las experiencias del día a día como mujeres, y justo en este mes donde se conmemora a cada una de nosotras, me animare a responder no solo sobre ese tema sino también sobre esas actividades que solemos hacer al aire libre, algo que nos beneficia tanto físico, mental y emocional dependiendo de lo que hagamos.

Greetings my dear community ❤️ I welcome you to my blog and I wish a happy start of the week to all who read me today. This week I would like to join the initiative of dear @irenenavarroart to continue talking a little more about our lifestyle and day to day experiences as women, and just in this month where each of us is commemorated, I will be encouraged to respond not only on that topic but also on those activities that we usually do outdoors, something that benefits us both physically, mentally and emotionally depending on what we do.

Es muy bonita esta pregunta ya que siendo mujeres, reflexionar y pensar sobre todas las cosas buenas que nos hacen ser especiales mas allá de las apariencias y estereotipos. En mi caso, el milagro mas hermoso de ser mujer es la capacidad de ser madres, algo que solo nosotras podemos experimentar y aunque si pasemos por una etapa dolorosa, una vez tenemos ese fruto del amor en nuestros brazos, después de haberlo tenido en el vientre por casi un año, no tiene comparación la gratificación que se siente.

Hoy en día, ver a mis hijos crecer, superarse y convertirse en adultos de bien me llena de mucha alegria y satisfacción pero también de nostalgia ya que tan solo ayer los tenia acurrucados en mis brazos, los enseñe a caminar y leer, los lleve a su primer día de escuela, en su primera caída, en sus logros y alegrías, todo este proceso que he vivido y viviré es lo que mas me gusta de ser mujer, un privilegio que nadie nos puede quitar y nos acompañara hasta el ultimo día de nuestras vidas.

This is a very nice question because being women, to reflect and think about all the good things that make us special beyond appearances and stereotypes. In my case, the most beautiful miracle of being a woman is the ability to be mothers, something that only we can experience and although we go through a painful stage, once we have that fruit of love in our arms, after having it in the womb for almost a year, there is no comparison to the gratification felt.

Today, seeing my children grow, overcome and become good adults fills me with much joy and satisfaction but also with nostalgia since only yesterday I had them cuddled in my arms, I taught them to walk and read, I took them to their first day of school, in their first fall, in their achievements and joys, all this process that I have lived and will live is what I like most about being a woman, a privilege that no one can take away and will accompany us until the last day of our lives.

Creo que estar al aire libre, rodeada de la naturaleza, disfrutar las vistas, estar en paz y en uno mismo con el sonido de fondo tan relajante confortante, es una de mis actividades favoritas, y si a eso le agrego el realizar alguna actividad física ya estoy hecha y feliz. Una de mis ultimas salidas fui a una de las playas de mi ciudad, y para mi buena suerte ésta estaba un poco solitaria así que pude contemplarla y disfrutarla para mi sola, eso la verdad que me gusto mucho, y aunque solo fui ese día a caminar y recorrerla un poco acompañada de mi pareja, el hecho de hacerlo al aire libre la hace diferente y especial para mi.

I think that being outdoors, surrounded by nature, enjoying the views, being in peace and in oneself with the so relaxing and comforting background sound, is one of my favorite activities, and if I add to that doing some physical activity I am already done and happy. One of my last outings I went to one of the beaches of my city, and for my good fortune it was a little lonely so I could contemplate and enjoy it by myself, I really liked it a lot, and although I only went that day to walk and walk a little accompanied by my partner, the fact of doing it outdoors makes it different and special for me.
