Hola mi querida comunidad de Hive 💙 especialmente a todos los que hacen vida en la plataforma y nos encanta el arte de la cocina. hoy le traigo una receta para deleitarnos a base de pescado, en este caso utilice atún porque tiene un sabor fuerte ideal para este tipo de receta, se trata de pescado en pequeños cubos frito sumergido en una vinagreta con vegetales. Esta receta siempre la preparo especialmente como pasapalos en reuniones o celebraciones y los invitados les gusta tanto que siempre quedan buscando un poco mas, lo que puedo recomendarle es que aunque no se realiza con el pescado crudo es recomendable prepararlo un día antes y guardarlo en el refrigerador para que el vinagre haga su trabajo en este caso con los vegetales, mientras mas tiempo pasa es mas delicioso . Su nombre en realidad no se si es escabeche o ceviche tengo una pequeña confusión, pero lo importante de todo es crear nuestras propias recetas o adaptarlas a nuestro estilo. Los invito a prepararla pueden usar otro tipo de pescado o el que ustedes mas le guste. Les aseguro que no van a quedar mal con sus invitados
