Sorry you failed a bunch but I hope you learnt a lot. Does this set look good in colour or did you specifically light it for black & white?
At least I learned what NOT to do :D Definitely no colour for these photos, they would look super flat with colour. I always choose and shoot straight into bw or colour (even though I shoot in raw and technically it doesn't matter)) and quite rarely do both versions.
Honestly, learning what not to do is just as important. I've been on projects that have gone really badly... that made me realise there were reasons for doing things a certain way.
Yes but in that moment it’s soooo frustrating when you don’t get the kind of results you want. But obviously it’s better to do the mistake while practising, and not while doing a paid job!
