Forever inspired by the OG 90s supermodels and finally I’ve learned how to do my hair kinda like Cindy Crawford in that famous Pepsi ad.

I know I should take proper self portraits but can’t be bothered right now. I did have to document this fabulous hair though because with my hair type, this doesn’t last fluffy long. Partly the reason I have my hair highlighted is so that it can hold at least some sort of wave, my natural hair could never!

Okay here is one proper photo from summer where I’m kinda channeling the 90s mood.

Women in general I think were at their hottest look since Marilyn Monroe in the 90's and I truly think it had a lot to do with their hairstyles. Long with some curls was just way sexier than short/long straight and blue! They were getting pretty well established in the workplace and yet they still knew how to look and act like women, sexy and powerful. You nailed the hairstyle no doubt, my wife wore it like that often and she knew just how to tilt her head and smile to flip my switch. Thanks for the memories maybe you can start a retro trend!

You get it. It’s ridiculous to overlook the sheer power of beauty and femininity, which is what I think has happened in the past 10-20 years. Don’t get me wrong, I like hanging out in sweats with my hair in a messy bun, but I know how to turn it up and I know I feel amazing with my hair did makeup did.

that’s just it. Eve raises the standard for selfies. Since I take self portraits inspired by you, I’ll give the best of me.

I could say ”I try my best” but I haven’t really tried in ages 😅
