I grew up in an environment where marriages were just a thing of two people coming to bear the "Mr and Mrs." Hashtag, where the only sole aim for two people coming together is to bear "CHILDREN". Some of them end up cohabiting together because of what society will say if they "divorce" or because of their "kids".

They are stuck in a loveless marriage or loveless relationship with their sole aim of staying together just for their children or fear of what society will think of them. The burden has become so heavy for the women especially and to an extent, they just want the society to see them as married women because they believe that the society gives more respect to those who are given the Mrs. title. After all, they feel they are responsible enough to be married to a man but the society forgets to ask them how their marriage is.

I know they are still thousands of good marriages working fine, but like they say "prevention is better than cure", I mean, it's better to learn from the past experiences of others than going into marriage to learn these things you should have learned while outside.

My fear of getting stuck in a loveless marriage, my fear of becoming a shadow of myself while in marriage because of marrying wrong has become one of the many things I am afraid of getting wrong in this life.

I may not know what it does mean when they say "till death do us part but as much as I don't know, I am not ready to live my lifelong life in frustration and stuck in a loveless marriage all. The name of marriage.

I would rather remain single than
. get entangled in such a miserable life, so does that scare me to the shit, Yes of course! If there is not going to be fun even though we all know that marriage isn't of course a bed of roses, then why marry?

We find so many married men out there, yet they still frolic outside their marital homes all in the name of tasting different foods. I don't want to be stuck in such marriages where being single is better than being married.
