Hello beautiful ladies, this entry is for the 54th EDITION of the LADIES OF HIVE COMMUNITY CONTEST, and here are the two questions for this week.

- What is the most important thing that you ALWAYS carry with you, and why?

Or

- Are you a leader person or a follower, and why do you think that is?

Before I continue, I would love to invite @merit.ahama and @blezyn to participate in this contest although it would end today.

I would be answering the first question which says,

What is the most important thing that you ALWAYS carry with you, and why?

I wish I could say I go out with makeup or perhaps mirror as a normal lady should but fortunately, I am not into makeup and even don't like disturbing myself because I feel makeup is a burden. I always loved people wearing makeup but I always feel it isn't my thing.

So for me, one of the most important things I always go out with is a pen and a book.

I always have that inside my bag no matter where I am going. I actually can not place why I go out with that but all I know is that I could need a pen or book in a place I don't know anyone and my kinda person won't be able to beg a stranger for a pen or book.

Are you a leader person or a follower, and why do you think that is?

I don't think I will be fine being in the leadership position because I am not the kinda person who loves being in the spotlight not for any reason. So, I would love to think I am in the follower team. #teamfollower.

I wouldn't mind following a leader as long as he or she doesn't look down on me or his followers because I love doing that.

Taking a pen and paper or notebook with you is great. You can draw; write things down that need to remembered at the time; share written information down, and all sorts of things. I think it is smart!

Sometimes, even when we don't see ourselves as leaders, situations can cause us to be cast into that role, and you find that you just might surprise yourself. Never say never! Thanks for sharing!

Keeping a pen and paper is always a great habit to have to make notes and journal on the go.

Your pretty smile "makes-up" for all the hype :D

A book and a pen is a must in my bag, but worse come to worse I just take notes on my phone - so I totally get it.

Being a follower, well I'd like to call it a team player is just as important. It does take two to tango after all :D
