El día de hoy quisiera compartir con ustedes un agradable día de relajación en la Playa junto a mi familia. Está salida la programamos con el motivo de celebrar el fin de año escolar de mis hijos 😃 si, un año escolar que gracias a Dios ha finalizado con éxito 🙏 Deseando que el próximo año escolar sea mucho mejor para mis pequeños 😁.
Today I would like to share with you a nice relaxing day at the beach with my family. We scheduled this outing to celebrate the end of the school year of my children 😃 yes, a school year that thank God has ended successfully 🙏 Wishing that the next school year will be much better for my little ones 😁.
Y bueno no les voy a negar que a mi esposo y a mí también nos hacía falta un día de descanso para despejar la mente y dejarnos llevar por el sonido de las olas y la suave brisa. Y es que en ocasiones nos cuesta reconocer que la rutina del día a día nos desgasta y nos envuelven los problemas y las preocupaciones, cayendo muchas veces en depresión por eso estás salidas para despejar la mente son super importantes.
And well I will not deny that my husband and I also needed a day of rest to clear our minds and let ourselves be carried away by the sound of the waves and the gentle breeze. Sometimes it is hard for us to recognize that the day to day routine wears us out and we get wrapped up in problems and worries, often falling into depression, that's why these outings to clear our minds are so important.
Por eso este día ha sido muy especial para nosotros como familia pues hemos renovado las energías, relajamos nuestro cuerpo y alma y nos conectamos nuevamente como familia. Es increíble todo lo que el simple contacto con la naturaleza puede lograr en nosotros, la paz que se respira en la playa es de otro nivel y ese contacto con el agua, la brisa y la arena es genial y además es terapéutico.
That is why this day has been very special for us as a family because we have renewed our energies, relaxed our body and soul and reconnected as a family. It is incredible how much the simple contact with nature can achieve in us, the peace that you breathe on the beach is of another level and that contact with the water, the breeze and the sand is great and it is also therapeutic.
Adicionalmente me gusto mucho ver a mis hijos felices jugando en el agua, disfrutando del sol y la arena sin preocupaciones. Realmente fue un día espectacular 😍 y mis niños quedaron pidiendo otra salida como está, fue tanto el disfrute que llegaron a casa cansados pero deseando que la ocasión se repita 😉.
Additionally I was very happy to see my kids playing in the water, enjoying the sun and the sand without worries. It really was a spectacular day 😍 and my kids were asking for another outing like this one, they enjoyed it so much that they came home tired but wishing for another one 😉.
Amo a mi familia inmensamente y estás salidas me encantan porque siento que nos permite conectarnos nuevamente y renovar las energías para continuar con el agetreado día a día. Desde hoy planificare más salidas como estás pues me encantó vivir estos momentos tan agradable en familia ❤️.
I love my family immensely and I love these outings because I feel that they allow us to reconnect and renew our energies to continue with the hectic day to day. From today I will plan more outings like these because I loved living these nice moments with my family ❤️.
