Pumpkin (cucurbita moschata) is one of the fruits that is often consumed as a pudding mix. This fruit with yellow flesh has a sweet taste for all the preparations it mixes with. This “Pudding Double Espresso and Pumpkin ” is no exception.

Pumpkin is a suitable mixture, because it can reduce the amount of palm sugar for making pudding. So that this dessert becomes a healthy snack that does not contain a lot of sugar, making it suitable for those of you who are in the middle of a diet program or maintaining weight.

Pudding ingredients are easy to get and cheap, making this dessert can be made anytime if you want. Let's join the fun of making “ Coffee Double Espresso Pudding Pumpikin”!!!

Prepared materials!!

• 150 grams of peeled pumpkin
• 1 pack Esperesso 3 in 1
• 60 grams of palm sugar
• 200 coconut milk
• 1 pack of jelly swallow plain
• 1 tablespoons salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 pieces pandan leaves


#Step make Coffee Dough!!!

**Step 1: Brew Coffee Double Espresso **

Step 2: Mix agar-agar swallow

Step 3: All ingredients cook together about 4-5 minutes

Step 4: Pour into moulding and let it cool



Coffee Dough

• Brew Espresso coffee with hot water
• Cook the coconut milk until it boils over low heat
• Mix swallow jelly into coconut milk
• Add pandan leaves, salt and vanilla to make it fragrant
• Add coffee, add a little palm sugar
• Continue to cook for 3-4 minutes until thick
• Pour into the pan and let it cool.


Step making Pumpkin Dough!!!

Making Steps (Pumpkin Dough)

• Steemed Pumpkin for 4-5 minutes, then blend it finely
• Cook the coconut milk until it boils over medium heat
• Mix the swallow jelly into the coconut milk, stir so it doesn't stick
• Add pandan leaves, salt and vanilla to make it fragrant
• Enter the pumpkin that has been finely blended, and stir
• Continue to cook for 3-4 minutes until thick
• Pour into the pan and let stand up to 50-60 minutes
• Pudding is ready to be cut and served.
