Tofu is a high-protein food that has many nutrients and is good for health. Tofu comes from soybeans which are very good for skin health. This time I will cook stir-fried tofu, beans and carrots for a healthy lunch.

The cooking process is also easy, coincidentally the ingredients themselves are already in the refrigerator, because a few days ago I went shopping.
