Yummy Steamed pumpkin and Miso Tofu Sprinke Onion

@anggreklestari, who often makes roasted pumpkin menus. Incidentally, I always stock pumpkins here, because apart from that the prices are friendly. Sometimes the uncle-seller pumpkin also gives me a cheaper price if I buy two. In addition, the pumpkin is also good for health and filling. Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
My Steamed Pumpkin
Since my workplace doesn't have an oven, I cook it by steaming. Later, after returning to Indonesia, I might be able to freely explore pumpkins as delicious and healthy snacks. Accompanying the pumpkin menu, I made a tofu miso soup sprinkled with spring onions. So with two menus, I can get protein from tofu and some vitamins from pumpkin.
Miso Tofu Soup
What is Miso?
Miso is a cooking condiment made from fermented soybeans and rice, the flavor being strong because of the use of koji in the processing. Koji itself is a type of wheat that has been steamed with aspergillus mushrooms. Furthermore, koji is also mixed with soybeans or rice to produce miso.
The technique for making miso is from China. Furthermore, miso also developed in Japan and became a typical Japanese seasoning. Evidently, a lot of Japanese food uses this miso seasoning.
Ingredients needed to cook Miso Tofu Soup are
• 1 silken tofu board
• 2 teaspoons of miso
• 3 pieces of scallions
• Enough water
• 1 teaspoon white pepper
• big onion (chopping)
How to cook
• Boil enough water in a panic
• Add chopped onions
• Mix miso with water, to dissolve. Then add it to the soup water.
• Add tofu, wait until the water boils again. In order to know ripe
• Taste the soup, whether it's the right taste. If it doesn't fit, you can add more miso.
• Once it feels right. Then sprinkle with spring onions, to make it a delicious and beautiful appearance.
• Put in a serving bowl, sprinkle with spring onions.
• Ready to be served.
Steps to steam pumpkin
• Wash the pumpkin. No need to remove the skin. Because the skin also contains vitamins.
• Cut the pumpkin according to taste
• Put in electric steam for 5-6 minutes
• It doesn't have to be too long, it doesn't have to be too mushy.
