Window shopping

I went window shopping today and I loved it, I did not think it was a good idea at first because it's something I have never tried. I only go to a store for an item because I intend to buy, I may not buy only if I don't see what I like or it's overpriced . but generally I ensure I have my money with me so I don't get looked at as a waste of time customer.

Lately, I have been viewing some home gadgets from some online stores with my phone and it's just wasn't enough for me I needed to see these items physically. It's been a year since marriage and we are yet to get some important electronics and equipment for our home ,We are taking our time and trying to prioritize on what we spend our money for but these items are necessary for the long run.

I was tired of viewing items online and besides, I needed to leave the house more often and this was a good excuse. So I decided to visit the shopping mall

Window shopping is the act of looking at items and just admiring them with no intention of buying any of the items at that moment.

A shopping mall is one of the busiest and most visited locations in Lagos especially Ikeja mall and it was the right place I needed to go where I can get an all in one window shopping experience for all the items I needed to see and even more ,with the big glass walls displaying what to expect in every store. It is the best location for a good window shopping.

So my adventures began as I started with electronics and home appliances. I needed to look up freezers, humidifiers, Air conditioning just anything I could find that might interest the eyes. My first stop was at the Hisense store because most of the items in my house were already Hisense products and my husband had always said they were an affordable and quality option for home and kitchen appliances.

After all the courage I built, I was there but all I could do was look from the window, I could see customers inside being attended to and I worry because I didn't want to go in and waste anyone's time but then I noticed some customers coming out empty-handed and my courage built right up, besides I was going to view too because I Intend to buy someday, and if I don't go in how will I know the price of the items and plan towards it.

So I went in and one of the marketers attended to me, I almost wanted to tell her not to worry about showing me around but there was no harm in hearing her pitch besides she was doing her job.

I moved on from the shop and decided to move on to other stores this time I didn’t have a preference or I just didn’t want to specify what I wanted to see. I just wanted to walk around the stores, explore my taste, understand what I loved or disliked when it comes to art or
Fashion because that was majorly what the stores in the mall entailed, besides I was dressed comfortably, had my son in my carrier sleeping comfortably, so I was ready for more adventures.

It was a long tour but it was lovely I enjoyed window shopping a lot and thankfully I didn’t have extra money to spend else I knew I would have spent all I had on the amazing clothes, perfume, pieces of jewelry, and toys I saw.

I ended my window shopping with a sweet cup of ice cream from cold stone, it has been months since I had my favorite ice cream “FOUNDERS FAVORITE” you will never catch me taking another flavor it is just the best in my opinion.when you want to get a cold stone ice cream, ask for FOUNDERS FAVORITE, you will thank me later and also I guess I needed to calm my nerves with the way the price of everything has skyrocket.

Hopefully, I would return but this time to Purchase some items, I may hopefully return to Hisense to get one or a few things for the house and some toys for Leroy.
