Hola queridos mamás y papás de @Motherhood!!

Hoy día nos encontramos de regreso a clases, tratando de acomodarnos a nuestra "nueva normalidad", un término bonito para ubicarnos mentalmente en un sitio relativamente seguro. Un lugar en el que, manteniendo las normas de bio-seguridad, nuestra familia y nosotros estaremos "bien", a salvo. Pero, infortunadamente, este hecho no se subscribe a lo que nos refiere a paz mental sin que, necesariamente, tenga que pasar por la consciencia de riesgo que podamos manejar todos a nivel mundial.

Hay personas que, confiados en las vacunas, comienzan a salir sin la protección de las mascarillas sin tomar en cuenta que las autoridades recomiendan el uso de éstas aún estando vacunados. Personas que sin importar el recrudecimientos de los casos, protestan por las medidas que se han tomado al respecto porque sienten que sus derechos están siendo afectados, y yo me pregunto, ¿qué pasa con los derechos de las personas que se enferman por aquellos que por sentir vulnerados los suyos deciden no cuidarse? Las madres que han decidido enviar a sus niños al cole, necesitan tener muy claro los riesgos y en base a ellos actuar. Tomar en cuenta que no todos tienen una conciencia clara acerca del significado de lo que es Bio-seguridad.

Today we find ourselves back to school, trying to settle into our new normal, a nice term to mentally place ourselves in a relatively safe place. A place where, while maintaining biosafety standards, we and our family will be "ok", safe. But, unfortunately, this fact does not subscribe to what we mean by peace of mind without, necessarily, having to go through the risk awareness that we can all manage globally.
There are people who, trusting in vaccines, start going out without the protection of masks without taking into account that the authorities recommend the use of masks even if they are vaccinated. People who, regardless of the upsurge of cases, protest against the measures that have been taken in this regard because they feel that their rights are being affected, and I ask myself, what about the rights of people who become ill because of those who feel that theirs have been violated and decide not to take care of themselves? Mothers who have decided to send their children to school need to be very clear about the risks and act on them. Take into account that not everyone has a clear conscience about the meaning of what Bio-security is.

Somos seres sociales, en la mayoría de los casos, y por tal razón tenemos que cuidarnos y a nuestros hijos. No bajemos la guardia, nadie la subirá por nosotros. Tratemos de mantener la conciencia que induzca al resguardo y al respeto por la vida y su conservación.

Somos una Comunidad llena de madres que respetan la vida, que colman de amor sus post y por ende a todos quienes hacemos vida en ella. Somos madres que desde nuestras trincheras combatimos todo lo que nos parece pueda afectar negativamente a nuestros niños y es por ello que les insto a que seamos constantes en esta idea. Abramos aún más los ojos para cuidar, crear consciencia acerca de la salud, la vida y de lo frágil que pueden llegar a ser. Estemos atentos ante el Riesgo de exponernos y actuemos en consecuencia.

We are social beings, in most cases, and for that reason we have to take care of ourselves and our children. Let's not let our guard down, no one will raise it for us. Let us try to maintain the awareness that leads to the safeguard and respect for life and its preservation.

We are a Community full of mothers who respect life, who fill their posts with love and therefore all of us who make life in it. We are mothers who, from our trenches, fight against everything that we think may negatively affect our children and that is why I urge you to be constant in this idea. Let us open our eyes even more to care, to create awareness about health, life and how fragile they can be. Let us be aware of the Risk of exposing ourselves and act accordingly.
