Between joy and tears but with a lot of learning

This is my first reflection in this community and I do not want to start without wishing you all the best. May the different things that were pending be resolved, may what bore fruit last year multiply this year, making your profits even greater, may your health always reward you and may you always be accompanied by divine light.

When we start a new year, a new phase in our life, a new project, we do so wanting it to reflect from the beginning the results we want or would like to see. But it is well known that in order to start a work, from every point of view, it is necessary to have a good solid foundation, which provides security.

If we want to build a house, we need to be sure that the land on which it is going to stand is firm and secure; if we are going to start a business, we need to have good financial backing; if we need to start to build our future, we need to make peace with our past and try to see the scars of our mistakes as part of our learning process. Getting to feel and see it that way will ensure a good start.

The year that has just ended has left me with a wealth of experiences in which I had moments of laughter, anger, sadness, even tears; moments of great reflection and from all of them I gained a lot, a lot of learning. I learned to value friendship from another perspective, to understand that despite how much you love someone you must let them go and I don't just mean physically, I learned that no matter how much you want something, if it is going to happen it will happen when it is supposed to happen, not before or after and that you only need to have faith. I discovered that you can cry without shedding a tear; inside, in your thoughts and that you can laugh even when it seems like you are crying and I was also convinced that family love is a great blessing for life.

Life has its own way of giving us lessons, of showing us realities and sometimes it chooses the times and places that we think are least appropriate, but that does not mean that we stop learning. It's a new year, a new beginning and we bring a lot of learning with us, let's not let it surprise us but on the contrary, let's show that every lesson received was treasured and ready to be put into practice.
