Superman was a let down for me. I was hoping that supergirl will make it up to me considering Milly Alcock is the main character. I like how you point out your reasons why this movie didn't work for you. I have not seen it yet, but I will still see it because of Milly. Lovely to read from you again.

I enjoyed Superman, although I did think it could have been much better because, when I watched it, I felt held back by the direction and screenplay—and that has me wondering what kind of action scenes the sequel will feature.
Supergirl was a disappointment because of the direction and screenplay, not because of Milly, who does a great job; her portrayal of Kara is excellent—the best part of the film.
