¡Hola a todos!, espero que hayan tenido un lunes alegre. Por aquí tratamos de preparar recetas sencillas y deliciosas porque los domingos se come sabroso. Así que fuimos a Éxito y compramos todos los ingredientes para preparar perros calientes con nachos, una excelente combinación que deben probar. José y yo fuimos los cocineros de la noche para deleitar a los comensales.

So we went to Éxito and bought all the ingredients to prepare hot dogs with nachos, an excellent combination that you must try. José and I were the chefs of the night to delight the guests

• Cebolla | Onion
• Mayonesa | Mayonnaise
• Salsa de tomate | Ketchup
• Mostaza | Mustard

Lo primero que hicimos fué quitarle el envoltorio a las salchichas y ponerlas a cocinar en agua caliente a fuego medio, hasta que ellas crezcan. En este momento sabemos que están listas para que comencemos a rellenar.

Abrimos los panes con ayuda de las manos, sacamos las salchichas del agua caliente con ayuda de un tenedor y las ponemos en nuestros panes. Posteriormente agregamos la cebolla previamente lavada y picada en cuadritos.

We open the buns with the help of our hands, we take the sausages out of the hot water with the help of a fork and we put them in our buns. Later we add the onion previously washed and chopped into squares.

Finalmente abrimos paquete de nachos y los hacemos trozos para ponernos encima. Así que ya están armados nuestros perros calientes, solo de echarle las salsas al gusto de cada persona. Yo le agregué de las 3 y el toque de los nachos es increíble.

Finally, we open a package of nachos and cut them into pieces to put on top. So our hot dogs are already armed, just add the sauces to each person's taste. I added all 3 and the touch of the nachos is incredible.
