Probando comida en Hanami, uno de los restaurantes más costosos en Provenza | Tasting food at Hanami, one of the most expensive restaurants in Provence

Una maravilla cada restaurante que he visitado, definitivamente creo que no puedo decidir por uno favorito porque todos son buenos. Ahora mismo, creo que unos cuantos kilos de más tendré de aquí al próximo diciembre. En esta oportunidad decidimos ir a Hanami ya que el plan era familiar. Daniela, a quien de cariño le decimos Dan quería llevar a la tía a comer aquí por todas sus atenciones y por supuesto que fué una buena elección como regalo. El show, la comida, la atención, todo fué espectacular incluso el ambiente.

Wonderful every restaurant I have visited, I definitely don't think I can decide on a favorite one because they are all good. Right now, I think I'll have a few extra kilos between now and next December. This time we decided to go to Hanami since the plan was familiar. Daniela, whom we affectionately call Dan wanted to take her aunt to eat here for all her attention and of course it was a good choice as a gift. The show, the food, the attention, everything was spectacular including the atmosphere.*

Salimos desde casa y llegamos a Hanami en Provenza. Queríamos ir por la comida y el show para prepararla que es en vivo. Teníamos una mesa reservada éramos 6 personas. Nos sentamos y nos dieron el menú, dónde había una gran variedad de comida japonesa. Definitivamente estaba loca por probarla.

We left from home and arrived in Hanami in Provence. We wanted to go for the food and the show to prepare it which is live. We had a reserved table we were 6 people. We sat down and were given the menu, where there was a great variety of Japanese food. She was definitely crazy to try it.

Cómo José ya había probado la comida aquí,nos recomendó a todos el Teppanyaki para 2 personas, tienen un alto costo pero como ven en el menú, trae muchas cosas y todo lo preparan en la misma mesa, con el show del chef moviendo las espátulas de cocina. Realmente el show fué maravilloso.

How José had already tried the food here, he recommended the Teppanyaki for 2 people to all of us, they have a high cost but as you see on the menu, he brings many things and everything is prepared at the same table, with the show of the chef moving the spatulas of kitchen. The show was really wonderful.

Quien nos atendió, nos recomendó mucho la sangría con vino tinto, solo que ninguno queríamos tomar algo así, más bien nos fuimos por limonada y cerveza. Pedimos una entrada la cual estaba muy deliciosa y se trataba de 6 piezas de langostino en tempura y parmesano acompañado de una salsa que sabía agridulce con un toque de jengibre.

The person who served us highly recommended the sangria with red wine, only that none of us wanted to have something like that, rather we went for lemonade and beer. We ordered a starter which was very delicious and it consisted of 6 pieces of shrimp in tempura and Parmesan accompanied by a sauce that tasted sweet and sour with a touch of ginger.

Llegaron nuestras bebidas y llegó la entrada. Luego de esto se encargaron de traer todo para comenzar a preparar justo al frente de nosotros. Lo gracioso es que el chef pasó a uno de los que estábamos a cocinar con él por un momento y todos nos reímos demasiado. Quien paso sabe cocinar pero el chef quería que tratará de hacer el show con él y eso era imposible, el tiene mucha experiencia.

Our drinks arrived and the entrance arrived. After this they were in charge of bringing everything to start preparing right in front of us. The funny thing is, the chef passed one of us who were cooking with him for a moment and we all laughed too much. Whoever happened to know how to cook but the chef wanted him to try to do the show with him and that was impossible, he has a lot of experience.

Todos estábamos contentos por lo que nos esperaba, deseábamos verlo. Comenzó paso a paso cocinando cada cosa. Primero los huevos luego el arroz y así las proteínas desde el pulpo, camarones, langosta, pollo y solomito. Absolutamente todo tenía un sabor único y su salsa exquisita. Recomiendo que si van aquí, deben llevar suficiente dinero porque los precios son altos por el tipo de comida, pero merece la pena pagarlo, todo es exquisito.

We were all happy for what awaited us, we wanted to see it. He started step by step cooking each thing. First the eggs then the rice and thus the proteins from the octopus, shrimp, lobster, chicken and sirloin. Absolutely everything had a unique flavor and exquisite sauce. I recommend that if you go here, you should bring enough money because the prices are high for the type of food, but it is worth paying, everything is exquisite

El iba cocinando cosa por cosa y nos iba sirviendo directamente proporcional a cada uno en su plato, pedimos dos servicios de Teppanyaki para los 6 y a mí parecer fué suficiente. Sin duda me encantó este lugar y volvería a ir aquí. Es único poder ver cómo alguien totalmente desconocido cocina frente a ti una comida que lo merece.

He was cooking thing by thing and he was serving us directly proportional to each one on his plate, we ordered two Teppanyaki services for the 6 of us and it seemed to me that it was enough. I definitely loved this place and would go here again. It is unique to be able to see how someone totally unknown cooks in front of you a meal that deserves it.

Y como siempre digo, siempre es bueno pagar por una comida que sea de calidad, comida que te guste y que digas que pagaste y comiste muy bien.
