Preparamos y comimos pabellón después de una larga caminata | We prepared and ate pavilion after a long walk

¡Hola a todos! Les escribo desde Medellín siendo mi último día aquí. Realmente no sé cuándo regrese. Por ahora vuelvo a casa a terminar algunas cosas pendientes y arreglar algunos papeles que necesito para mi estabilidad aquí. La verdad es que he estado triste pero nada que no alivie un buen pabellón criollo preparado con mucho amor y con todas las ganas del mundo, quedó súper delicioso y estabamos anciosos por poder comerlo.

Hi all! I am writing to you from Medellín as it is my last day here. I really don't know when I'll be back. For now I'm going back home to finish some pending things and fix some papers that I need for my stability here. The truth is that I have been sad but nothing that does not relieve a good Creole pavilion prepared with much love and with all the desire in the world, it was super delicious and we were eager to eat it

Nuestro día comenzó levantandonos temprano y desayunando suave para poder salir a caminar al asfixiadero sin que caiga pesado, por esa razón pensamos que el cereal con leche es una buena opción y estábamos preparados para la larga caminata que nos esperaba y por supuesto la meta se subirlo hasta el final, porque lo habíamos intentado varias veces pero hasta este fin de semana pasado fué que pudimos.

Our day began by getting up early and having a light breakfast to be able to go for a walk to the suffocation without falling heavy, for that reason we thought that cereal with milk is a good option and we were prepared for the long walk that awaited us and of course the goal was to climb it until the end, because we had tried several times but it was not until this past weekend that we were able to.

Y está era nuestra vista desde el incansable asfixiadero, la vista de Medellín. Al llegar a la cima queríamos algo de beber, así que como hay puestos de venta de jugos y postres. Compramos jugos de naranja y agua para refrescarnos y comenzar el descenso del asfixiadero. La verdad no fué nada fácil deben ir muy bien preparados.

And this was our view from the tireless suffocation, the view of Medellín. When we got to the top we wanted something to drink, so as there are stalls selling juices and desserts. We bought orange juice and water to refresh ourselves and begin the descent of the suffocation. The truth was not easy, they must be very well prepared.

Cuando llegamos a casa lo que queríamos era refrescarnos un poco, buscar nuestros trajes de baño y meternos a la piscina y para ello tuvimos que comprar unos gorros porque loa exigen en cualquier piscina aquí en Colombia o al menos eso tengo entendido. Luego se bañarnos, subimos a casa y la señora Tiby se encargó de preparar el delicioso pabellón y nosotros ayudamos en la Preparación para poder comer lo antes posible.

When we got home what we wanted was to freshen up a bit, find our swimsuits and get into the pool and for that we had to buy some hats because they are required in any pool here in Colombia or at least that's what I understand. Then we bathed, we went up to the house and Mrs. Tiby was in charge of preparing the delicious pavilion and we helped in the Preparation to be able to eat as soon as possible.

La piscina estaba muy fresca y hacia bastante frío por eso fueron solo unos minutos los que me bañé. Finalmente llegamos a casa a bañarnos para ir caminando a tiendas éxito a comprar algunas cosas para preparar perros calientes provocativos con nachos, así que hicimos la respectiva compra y regresamos a casa. Y como la tía preparó el pabellón, nosotros fuimos los encargados de preparar perros calientes.

The pool was very cool and it was quite cold so it was only a few minutes that I took a bath. We finally got home to take a shower to walk to stores to buy some things to prepare provocative hot dogs with nachos, so we made the respective purchase and returned home. And since the aunt prepared the pavilion, we were in charge of preparing hot dogs.

Cansados del asfixiadero y cansados de la piscina, cenamos y queríamos solo dormir. El pabellón contenía de todo lo que debería llevar. Aunque creo que faltó un poco de queso y aguacate. Sin embargo quedamos satisfechos y ¡Qué delicia! Felices de haber comido pabellón nuevamente. Es momento de volver a casa, aunque triste pero quizás vuelva muy pronto. Esto fué todo por hoy, espero que les haya gustado. Un abrazo

Tired of the suffocation and tired of the pool, we had dinner and just wanted to sleep. The pavilion contained everything it should carry. Although I think it was missing a little cheese and avocado. However we were satisfied and what a delight! Happy to have eaten pavilion again. It's time to go home, albeit sad but maybe I'll be back very soon. This was all for today, I hope you liked it.
