Hola a todos, hoy revisando mi feed me encontré con esta propuesta que me llamó mucho la atención. Además de parecerme interesante que todas nosotras participemos ya que es adecuada para expresarnos un poco sobre nosotras mismas como mujeres. Todas sabemos que no es fácil, sin embargo intentamos dar lo mejor de nosotras mismas cada día para hacer feliz a las personas que nos rodean.

Hello everyone, today reviewing my feed I found this proposal that caught my attention. Besides I find it interesting that all of us participate since it is adequate to express ourselves a little about ourselves as women. We all know that it is not easy, however we try to do our best every day to make the people around us happy.

Esta es una iniciativa propuesta por @carla.spain tratándose sobre si estamos orgullosas de ser mujer. Venimos de una mujer y nuestras madres y padres vienen de una mujer también. ¿No es razón suficiente para sentirnos orgullosas? yo creo que si. Somos las encargadas de procrear vidas, aunque aún no he procreado una, creo que ya llegará el momento adecuado para esto, primero hay otras cosas que deseo completar.

This is an initiative proposed by @carla.spain dealing with whether we are proud to be a woman. We come from a woman and our mothers and fathers come from a woman too. Isn't that reason enough to be proud? I think so. We are in charge of procreating lives, although I have not procreated one yet, I think the time will come for this, first there are other things that I want to complete.

Algunas veces las mujeres creemos que somos más débiles que los hombres simplemente por el hecho de ser mujer y cuan errónea es esta perspectiva. Creo que los hombres también son débiles incluso pueden llegar a ser más que nosotras, otros simplemente intentan ser fuertes olvidando lo que pueden llegar a sentir, pero todos tenemos ese lado sensible, bien sea al final, en algún momento pueden sentirse pequeños ante el mundo, pero la verdad es que todos tenemos un valor.

Sometimes women believe that we are weaker than men simply because of the fact that we are a woman and how wrong this perspective is. I think that men are also weak they can even become more than us, others simply try to be strong forgetting what they can feel, but we all have that sensitive side, either in the end, at some point they can feel small in front of the world , but the truth is that we all have a value.

Las mujeres también trabajamos, también podemos generar ingresos, podemos cocinar, lavar, limpiar, coser, planchar, educar, aprender. Estas cosas nos hacen fuertes. Pero si señores, las mujeres también lloramos y algunas veces en silencio y se nos rompe el corazón cuando pasamos por situaciones que no nos gustan pero así es la vida, todas estas cosas nos hacen más fuertes.

Women also work, we can also generate income, we can cook, wash, clean, sew, iron, educate, learn. These things make us strong. But yes gentlemen, women also cry and sometimes in silence and our hearts break when we go through situations that we do not like but that's life, all these things make us stronger.

Quisiera contarles una anécdota que me pasó hace poco con mi hermana y es que muchas personas pensaron que nuestro viaje a Santa Marta y Medellín (Colombia) fue posible por el termino "suggar daddy. ¿A caso las mujeres no podemos trabajar y ahorrar para viajar o para comprarnos lo que nos guste? nunca me dejé ver afectada por esta situación, incluso les comentaba a estas personas que tenían este pensamiento "Soy una profesional, graduada como Ingeniera Industrial, tengo mi propio trabajo y afortunadamente puedo ahorrar y darme este lujo. Pero parece que tu no puedes entender eso".

I would like to tell you an anecdote that happened to me recently with my sister and that is that many people thought that our trip to Santa Marta and Medellín (Colombia) was possible because of the term "suggest daddy. Mi respuesta hizo sentir mal a este hombre y se dio cuenta que no puede juzgar sin conocer la situación. Yo por ejemplo, prefiero trabajar para tener mi propio dinero, no depender de un hombre y poder comprar lo que necesite para mi.

Algún aspecto que consideraría negativo sobre nosotras es que muchas veces nos discriminamos o nos sentimos mal con nosotras mismas o con nuestro cuerpo, buscamos compararnos, ver fotos de otras chicas con un buen cuerpo y esto esta muy mal. Somos mujeres, todas somos bellas, todas merecemos ser amadas de la misma forma en que nosotras podemos amar. No busquemos compararnos, simplemente hagamos cosas que nos hagan sentir mejor, comer saludable, aprender un idioma, salir a caminar o practicar algún deporte. Es importante sentirnos bien con nuestra autoestima y con nuestro cuerpo.

Some aspect that I would consider negative about us is that many times we discriminate against ourselves or feel bad with ourselves or with our body, we seek to compare ourselves, see photos of other girls with a good body and this is very wrong. We are women, we are all beautiful, we all deserve to be loved in the same way that we can love. Let's not try to compare ourselves, let's just do things that make us feel better, eat healthy, learn a language, go for a walk or play sports. It is important to feel good about our self-esteem and our body.
