Me encanta visitar los llanos venezolanos, allí donde está toda mi familia por parte de mamá. Entre el Amparo y Arauca me la paso visitandolos a todos, comiendo delicioso y compartiendo con ellos. Porque nada más importante que estar con tus seres queridos. Esas personas que se preocupan por ti y te hacen reír siempre que los ves. Toda mi familia cocina delicioso y cuando nos encontramos preparan deliciosos menús para sorprenderme.

I love visiting the Venezuelan plains, where my whole family is on my mother's side. Between Amparo and Arauca I spend my time visiting them all, eating delicious food and sharing with them. Because nothing more important than being with your loved ones. Those people who care about you and make you laugh whenever you see them. My whole family cooks delicious food and when we meet they prepare delicious menus to surprise me

Como pregunté y me dijeron que estaban poniendo el refuerzo del covid. Le pedí el favor a mi tia de que me llevará al ambulatorio de el amparo y aquí ponermelo. La encargada de ponerla, me reconoció y me atendió amablemente. Por un momento pensé que serían dos agujas, pero no fue así. Solo estaba preparando todo para vacunarme y fué súper rápido el proceso, al salir de allí pudimos regresar a casa de la abuela.

As I asked and they told me that they were putting the covid reinforcement. I asked my aunt for the favor of taking me to the clinic in El Amparo and here to put it on. The person in charge of putting it on, recognized me and treated me kindly. For a moment I thought it would be two needles, but it wasn't. I was just preparing everything to get vaccinated and the process was super fast, when we got out of there we were able to return to Grandma's house.

El día del amor y la amistad fui invitada a uno de mis restaurantes favoritos. Mi amigo Luis me dijo que iríamos a comer en el emperador chino y así fué. Entre tantas ocupaciones no pude prepara nada para José, así que al día siguiente pedí un delivery hasta su oficina de trabajo con una pequeña nota. Todo con mucho amor, a pesar de que fué al siguiente día, el valoró este detalle y eso me puso muy felíz.

On the day of love and friendship I was invited to one of my favorite restaurants. My friend Luis told me that we were going to eat at the Chinese Emperor and so it was. Between so many occupations I couldn't prepare anything for José, so the next day I ordered a delivery to his work office with a small note. All with much love, even though it was the next day, he valued this detail and that made me very happy.

Al terminar todo pude ir a Arauca a pasar tiempo con mi prima Jessica y su bebé en el supermercado. Recordé que en Medellín pude comer tantas achiras como pude, así que decidí buscarlas aquí y para mi sorpresa, conseguí un empaque muy pequeño a 2700 pesos colombianos. No me gustó porque quedé con todas las ganas, pero no sé consiguen aquí un empaque más grande.

When everything was over, I was able to go to Arauca to spend time with my cousin Jessica and her baby at the supermarket. I remembered that in Medellín I was able to eat as many achiras as I could, so I decided to look for them here and to my surprise, I got a very small package at 2700 Colombian pesos. I didn't like it because I was left wanting, but I don't know if they can get a bigger package here.

Para almorzar ellos prepararon la deliciosa pasta de arriba. Llevaba tocineta, gallina desmechada, crema de leche, orégano y sal. También cilantro. La verdad es que quedó deliciosa. El toque del orégano era espectacular en esta pasta que w encantó tanto. Preparamos 250 gramos de pasta para los 3 y quedamos satisfechos, decidimos acompañarla con pan tostado con mantequilla preparados de esta manera y rápidamente en el airfryer.

For lunch they prepared the delicious pasta above. It had bacon, shredded chicken, milk cream, oregano and salt. Also coriander. The truth is that it was delicious. The touch of oregano was spectacular in this pasta that we loved so much. We prepared 250 grams of pasta for the 3 of us and we were satisfied, we decided to accompany it with toasted bread with butter prepared in this way and quickly in the air fryer.

Para cenar, ellos decidieron invitarme a cenar shawarma con falafe y otras cositas que nos dieron a probar en el restaurante. Todo estaba delicioso. Cómo ellos trabajaban, yo me quedé cuidando a mi primito y así pasaba tiempo con el. Quería conocerlo. Desde que nació no había podido ir a Arauca a verlo, así que yo feliz de estar con él. La pasé increíble. Esto fué todo por hoy, espero que les haya gustado. Un abrazo

For dinner, they decided to treat me to shawarma with falafe and other little things that they gave us to try at the restaurant. Everything was delicious. How they worked, I was taking care of my little cousin and so I spent time with him. I wanted to meet him. Since he was born I had not been able to go to Arauca to see him, so I was happy to be with him. I had an amazing time. This was all for today, I hope you liked it. A hug
