Hay momentos especiales en la vida de las personas que, para algunos, pueden parecer poca cosa, pero, para otras son gigantescas porque son el resultado de mucho esfuerzo, perseguir un sueño y demostrarse a sí mismo que puede conseguir lo que se propone.

Lo anterior es la esencia de lo que quiero contar en esta sencilla publicación y, lo hago para inspirar a otras jubiladas y personas de pocos recursos como yo para que luchen y no desmayen por duro que sean los tiempos.

Les cuento que, hace más de 10 meses, vengo ahorrando para comprar un ventilador de pared, para la sala de la casa, porque los ventiladores de pie que había se rompieron debido al constante movimiento y a la suma de años de sus piezas.

Resulta que, el ventilador que quería comprarme tenía un costo de 50 dólares que, con el valor que tiene en la moneda nacional, ahora mismo supera los 19 mil pesos y, para una jubilación de 5 mil pesos, ya sabrán lo que debía hacer para poder comprarme mi ventilador.

Mi esposo me dijo que no me preocupara por los gastos de la casa o la comida que él se ocupaba, porque esta tarea siempre ha sido compartida. Pero, como lo conozco, sé que su objetivo era que cumpliera mi objetivo de comprarme el ventilador y no me sintiera mal por no poder aportar a las cosas necesarias del hogar, como comida, aseo personal o pago de los diferentes servicios, como corriente eléctrica, gas, agua o teléfono.

Pues bien, después de diez meses ahorrando y con la gran ayuda de mis HBD, producto de mi creación de contenidos, pude comprarme un ventilador de pared, marca Gold Crown, de 3 velocidades, 18 pulgadas, motor de cobre de alta duración y de muy fácil ensamblaje.

A pesar de lo anterior, llamamos a un amigo de mi esposo y vino con todas las herramientas necesarias para ensamblar el ventilador y poner el ventilador en la sala de la casa.

En las fotos puede apreciarse todo el trabajo realizado por nuestro amigo, el proceso de preparación y la manera en como quedó instalado el nuevo ventilador.

Es cierto que me gusta mucho el nuevo equipo que compré, porque me va a reportar mayor calidad de vida, debido a las altas temperaturas que afectan al país durante gran parte del año. Pero, unido a eso, va mi mensaje de luchar por conseguir los sueños.

Hay quien piensa que los sueños tienen que ser solo llegar a comprarse un auto o algo más suntuoso. Para cada quien debe ser lo que está en sus posibilidades y oportunidades.

Lo más importante es no dejar de luchar por lo que quieres y seguir adelante, a pesar de las dificultades que surjan. Verán que satisfacción se siente, cuando cumples tu meta, sueño u objetivo.

Let me tell you that for more than 10 months, I've been saving up to buy a wall fan for the living room because the pedestal fans I had broke due to constant movement and the aging of their parts.

It turns out that the fan I wanted to buy cost $50, which, in the national currency, now costs over 19,000 pesos. For a retirement pension of 5,000 pesos, you'll already know what I had to do to be able to buy my fan.

My husband told me not to worry about household expenses or food, as he would take care of this task, because this task has always been shared. Well, after ten months of saving and with the great help of my HBDs, a product of my content creation, I was able to buy a Gold Crown brand wall fan, with three speeds, 18 inches, a long-lasting copper motor, and very easy to assemble.

Despite this, we called a friend of my husband, and he came with all the necessary tools to assemble the fan and place it in the living room.

It's true that I really like the new device I bought because it will improve my quality of life, given the high temperatures that affect the country for much of the year. But, linked to that, is my message to strive for your dreams.

Some people think that dreams have to be just about buying a car or something more luxurious. For each person, it should be what is within their means and opportunities.

The most important thing is to never stop fighting for what you want and keep going, despite the difficulties that arise. You'll see how satisfying it feels when you achieve your goal, dream, or objective.
