¡Hola Chicos!
Volviendo por acá luego de una larga ausencia, creo que la más larga que he hecho en meses. La verdad todos los días pienso en mi blog de Hive pero el tiempo señores... El tiempo ha sido un factor importante durante los últimos días.
Y si a esto le sumamos la falta de electricidad y que además no tengo computadora para poder redactar mis post con calma, pues se he hecho full complicado volver a mi rutina y mi frecuencia en mis post.
Pero bueno sé que dentro de poco todo esto se solucionará de la mejor manera y podremos volver a relatar mis días de la manera que venía haciéndolo.
Los últimos días han sido agotadores y retadores al mismo tiempo por todo lo mencionado. Pero ahí vamos, tratando de sobrellevar todo y hacer le mayor de los esfuerzos por salir de todos los pendientes.

Back again after a long absence, I think the longest I've had in months. The truth is, I think about my Hive blog every day, but time, my friends... Time has been a major factor these past few days.
And if we add to that the lack of electricity and the fact that I don't have a computer to write my posts calmly, well, it's been really difficult to get back to my routine and posting frequency.
But hey, I know that soon all this will be sorted out for the best and we'll be able to go back to sharing my days the way I used to.
The last few days have been exhausting and challenging at the same time because of everything I've mentioned. But we're getting there, trying to cope and do our best to get everything done.
A nivel laboral me ha ido súper bien. He tenido varios encargos y me ha tocado pintar mucho. Las últimas 3 semanas he estado trabajando en una franela que me ha retado de mil y un formas.
La base era de color negro y antes de colocar cualquier color hay que aplicar unas 5 capas de pintura blanca.
Y no es tanto eso, hay que esperar que sequen bien cada capa y luego vienen las 2 o 3 capas de pintura de color.
El nivel de detalle de la franela era enorme y eso hizo que me demorara más de lo esperado.
Por si fuera poco me comprometí a delinear a todos mis alumnos sus franelas de uniforme. En Lakrearte estuvimos haciendo los uniformes que son unas franelas pintadas por mis alumnos y como muchas de las letras perdieron la forma, yo me comprometí a pintar la silueta para que se pudieran entender.
Esto es un trabajo ENORME que aún me preguntó porque ofrecí hacerlo jajaja apenas hoy terminé una franela y faltan unas cuantas.
Work has been going incredibly well. I've had several commissions and have been painting a lot. For the last three weeks, I've been working on a t-shirt that has challenged me in countless ways.
The base was black, and before applying any color, you have to apply about five coats of white paint.
And it's not just that; you have to wait for each coat to dry completely before applying the two or three coats of colored paint.
The level of detail on the t-shirt was enormous, which made it take longer than expected.
As if that weren't enough, I also committed to outlining the uniform t-shirts for all my students. At Lakrearte, we were making uniforms that are t-shirts painted by my students, and since many of the letters lost their shape, I agreed to paint the outlines so they could be read.
This is a HUGE job, and I'm still wondering why I offered to do it, haha. I just finished one t-shirt today, and there are still a few more to go.
Algo que si nos tiene bastante pesados en casa son las faltas de electricidad. Se está yendo todos los días por 4 horas y eso no permite trabajar y estar bien.
De verdad tratamos de no desesperarnos pero es imposible con el terrible calor que hace en nuestra región.
One thing that's really bothering us at home is the lack of electricity. It's going out for four hours every day, and that makes it impossible to work or be comfortable.
We're really trying not to get desperate, but it's impossible with the terrible heat we have in our region.
Y bueno en cuanto al tema de la computadora, mi esposo ha pasado los últimos días tratando de arreglar alguna pero no ha encontrado la falla y eso me tiene algo triste porque me preocupa mucho las fotos y los datos que tengo en ellas.
Pero bueno acá seguimos amigos, tratando de sobrevivir con todos estos obstáculos y dando lo mejor de mi para que las cosas funcionen y marchen de maravilla.
And well, regarding the computer issue, my husband has spent the last few days trying to fix one, but he hasn't been able to find the problem, and that makes me a little sad because I'm really worried about the photos and data I have on them.
But anyway, we're still here, friends, trying to survive all these obstacles and doing my best to make things work and run smoothly.
