Sábado de clases en Lakrearte || Saturday classes at Lakrearte
¡Hola Chicos!
Continuando con esto de ponerme al día con los cuentos jaja hoy les voy con otra jornada laboral en Lakrearte.
Esta vez les hablaré de un sábado de clases, que hasta el momento sigue siendo el día más retador, sobre todo por tener que despertar tan temprano en la mañana para poder llegar a tiempo a las clases 🥹.
Para este día tenía pautadas dos clases, la primera de pintura y la otra de crochet. Cómo les he mencionado en otros posts, enero fue un mes de muchos retos y en este punto, a pesar de casi estar terminando el mes, persistía la ausencia de algunos estudiantes.
Pero con la mente siempre en positivo, sabía que esto mejoraría dentro de poco y volveríamos a la normalidad, e incluso estaríamos mucho mejor.

Continuing with catching up on my stories, haha, today I'm going to tell you about another workday at Lakrearte.
This time I'll tell you about a Saturday of classes, which so far continues to be the most challenging day, especially having to wake up so early in the morning to get to class on time 🥹.
I had two classes scheduled for that day, the first being painting and the second crochet. As I've mentioned in other posts, January was a very challenging month, and at this point, even though the month was almost over, some students were still absent.
But with a positive mindset, I knew that things would improve soon and we would return to normal, and even be much better off.
Ese día salí de casa bien temprano ya que tenía planificado hacer una visita a la ferretería cercana al local para consultar unos precios.
Es genial trabajar en el centro de la ciudad y que todo quede súper cerca.
That day I left home very early because I had planned to visit the hardware store near the office to check some prices.
It's great to work downtown and have everything so close.
Con la niñas de la clase de arte, estuvimos trabajando con el artista de la semana, Botero. Ellas hicieron sus personajes bien felices y llenas de inspiración
Todos los trabajos quedaron hermosos pero mi favorito fue el del fondo morado que parece un lego jaja 🤭
With the girls in art class, we worked on this week's artist, Botero. They created their characters with great joy and inspiration.
All the projects turned out beautifully, but my favorite was the one with the purple background that looks like a Lego brick, haha 🤭
Al finalizar me tocaba quedarme para la siguiente clase, así que comí y esperé a que se hiciera la hora y llegaran las alumnas de crochet.
En este caso atendería a las dos alumnas nuevas que por fin habían coincidido en una misma clase, pues la semana anterior se nos había ido la electricidad y me tocó posponer la clase. Ambas las vieron días diferentes y ya luego está semana por fin se conocieron.
Las dos avanzaron notablemente en el tejido y luego de un par de horas se terminó la clase. Fue un día bastante productivo y satisfactorio.

At the end of the class, I had to stay for the next one, so I ate and waited for the time to come and the crochet students to arrive.
In this case, I would be teaching the two new students who had finally been in the same class together, since the previous week the electricity had gone out and I had to postpone the class. They had attended on different days, and this week they finally met.
Both made remarkable progress in their crocheting, and after a couple of hours, the class ended. It was a very productive and satisfying day.
