TenĂa varios dĂas sin compartirles una receta por acĂĄ por lo que me motive a crear algo completamente nuevo y arriesgado para mĂ porque todo fue una creaciĂłn personal, no es que vi alguna receta por internet.
Esto me tenĂa un poco asustada, pero sabĂa que darĂa buenos resultados asĂ que me puse manos a la obra y cree esta fabulosa torta de dos capas, una de brownie y la otra vainilla.
Este contraste de sabores siempre me ha gustado, lo amargo y dulce del chocolate con la sencillez de un pastel de vainilla, aunque es primera vez que preparo brownie en casa.
Como siempre documenté todos los pasos para que puedan recrearlo en sus casas y disfrutar de esta divinura a la hora del café de las tardes.

I had not shared a recipe here for several days, so it motivated me to create something completely new and risky for me because it was all a personal creation, not that I saw any recipe online.
This had me a little scared, but I knew it would give good results so I got down to work and created this fabulous two layer cake, one brownie and the other vanilla.
I have always liked this contrast of flavors, the bitterness and sweetness of chocolate with the simplicity of a vanilla cake, although it is the first time that I prepare brownie at home.
As always, I documented all the steps so that they can recreate it in their homes and enjoy this divine at the time of afternoon coffee.

Para el brownie:
- 1 taza de harina de trigo leudante
- 3/4 de taza de azĂșcar
- 100 gramos de chocolate en tableta
- 1/3 de taza de mantequilla
- 20 gramos de cacao en polvo
- 1/3 de taza de leche lĂquida
- 50 gramos de manĂ o algĂșn fruto seco
- Pizca de sal
Para el pastel de vainilla:
- 1 taza y 2/3 de harina de trigo leudante
- 1 taza de azĂșcar
- 1/2 taza de mantequilla
- 2 huevos
- 1/3 de taza de leche lĂquida
- Vainilla
- Pizca de sal
For the brownie:
- 1 cup self-rising wheat flour
- 3/4 ââof cup of sugar
- 100 grams of chocolate in tablet
- 1/3 cup of butter
- 20 grams of cocoa powder
- 1/3 of cup of liquid milk
- 50 grams of peanuts or some dried fruit
- Pinch of salt
For the vanilla cake:
- 1 cup and 2/3 self-rising wheat flour
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 of cup of liquid milk
- Vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Brownie
Para comenzar vamos a derretir a baño de MarĂa la tableta de chocolate, para ello utilizamos una olla base que colocaremos directo al fuego, en ella vertemos suficiente agua y colocamos dentro una olla de menor tamaño donde derretiremos el chocolate.
Luego agregamos la mantequilla e integramos bien. Sacamos del fuego y dejamos enfriar un poco batiendo constantemente, esto no suele demorar mucho tiempo. Luego incorporamos uno a uno los huevos y batimos.
Reservamos esta preparaciĂłn.
To begin, we are going to melt the chocolate bar in Bain marie, for this we use a base pot that we will place directly on the fire, in it we pour enough water and place a smaller pot inside where we will melt the chocolate.
Then we add the butter and integrate well. We remove from the heat and let it cool a little, beating constantly, this does not usually take a long time. Then we add the eggs one by one and beat.
We reserve this preparation.
En un envase grande vamos a agregar todos los ingredientes secos que son: la harina de trigo, el azĂșcar, el cacao en polvo y la pizca de sal. Mezclamos bien y luego vertemos la preparaciĂłn de chocolate. Con un batidor incorporamos todo hasta que quede una masa homogĂ©nea.
In a large container we are going to add all the dry ingredients that are: wheat flour, sugar, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt. We mix well and then pour the chocolate preparation. With a whisk we incorporate everything until there is a homogeneous mass.
Por Ășltimo agregamos la leche lĂquida y el manĂ o algĂșn fruto seco picado en trozos.
Engrasamos y enharinamos un molde, yo he utilizado uno redondo, y luego vertemos la mezcla de brownie en Ă©l. Reservamos tapado mientras hacemos la otra mezcla.
Finally we add the liquid milk and the peanuts or some dried fruit chopped into pieces.
We grease and flour a mold, I have used a round one, and then we pour the brownie mixture into it. We reserve covered while we make the other mixture.
Pastel de Vainilla || Vanilla Cake
Esta preparaciĂłn es mucho mĂĄs rĂĄpida, comenzamos con el azĂșcar y la mantequilla mezclados hasta lograr una pasta cremosa. Agregamos los dos huevos y batimos bien.
Luego agregamos la harina de trigo y por Ășltimo la pizca de sal, la leche y la esencia de vainilla.
This preparation is much faster, we start with the sugar and butter mixed until we get a creamy paste. Add the two eggs and beat well.
Then we add the wheat flour and finally the pinch of salt, the milk and the vanilla essence.
Vamos a verter con mucho cuidado la mezcla de vainilla sobre el brownie, procurando no mezclarlos. Llevamos al horno por media hora o hasta que al introducirle un palillo fino este salga completamente limpio.
We are going to carefully pour the vanilla mixture over the brownie, being careful not to mix them. We take to the oven for half an hour or until when you insert a thin toothpick it comes out completely clean.
Sacamos del horno y pasamos un cuchillo fino por todos los bordes para asegurarnos que esten completamente despegados.
Luego colocamos sobre una base para tortas y decoramos al gusto. Yo he preparado una cobertura de chocolate y luego agregue chispas de colores y algunas esferas doradas comestibles a peticiĂłn de mi hijo.
Ahora... ÂĄA disfrutar!
We take out of the oven and pass a fine knife around all the edges to make sure they are completely detached.
Then we place on a cake base and decorate to taste. I have prepared a chocolate coating and then added colored sprinkles and some edible golden spheres at my son's request.
