Les cuento que esta semana fue movida de principio a fin, todo comenzó el día domingo cuando me di cuenta que había dicho a todos los alumnos de entre semana para que asistieran a clases el día martes y encontré un pequeño detalle, resultaban ser muchos para la capacidad que tenía en la mesa.
La verdad no sabía que hacer y por un momento pensé en ponerlos en el piso a pintar jajaja pero luego se me ocurrió decirle a uno de los turnos que fueran el día siguiente. Al menos con eso aliviaría un poco la carga y aprovecharía el tiempo para ir decorando las paredes con los trabajos de los chicos.
Ese día llevé a mi hijo conmigo para que me ayudara a pegar porque esta suele ser una tarea algo larga de realizar y con unas manitos extras podía avanzar más rápido.

I have to tell you, this week was hectic from beginning to end. It all started on Sunday when I realized I had told all the weekday students to come to class on Tuesday, and I noticed a small problem: there were too many of them for the table I had available.
I honestly didn't know what to do, and for a moment I thought about making them paint on the floor, haha, but then it occurred to me to ask one of the groups to come the next day. At least that would lighten the load a bit, and I could use the time to decorate the walls with the kids' artwork.
That day I brought my son with me to help me with the gluing because it's usually a rather time-consuming task, and with a few extra hands, I could get things done faster.
Antes de salir de casa noté que había florecido mi planta de flor de lirio acuático. Esta la trajimos a casa hace algunos meses y por fin nos dio flores.
En realidad es la segunda vez pero de la primera no tengo fotos. Me di cuenta que solo duran un día pues al día siguiente se marchitaron.
Esto quise tomarlo como buena señal pues han sido días bastante apretados hablando financieramente.
Before leaving the house, I noticed my water lily plant had bloomed. We brought it home a few months ago, and it finally flowered.
Actually, it's the second time, but I don't have any pictures of the first time. I realized they only last a day because they wilted the next day.
I wanted to take this as a good sign since things have been pretty tight financially lately.
Este día no tomé ni una sola foto durante el proceso de la clase pues estaba súper ocupada cortando y terminando de acomodar todo para poder comenzar a pegar.
Lo que si hice fue tomarles una foto cuando terminaron. Sus cuadros quedaron hermosos. Este día no asistieron todos los que esperaba pero con esto pude solventar lo suficiente para poder dar la clase del siguiente día más cómodamente.
I didn't take a single photo during the class that day because I was super busy cutting and arranging everything so we could start gluing.
What I did do was take a picture of them when they finished. Their pictures turned out beautifully. Not everyone I expected attended that day, but it was enough to make the next day's class much easier.
Luego que se fueron las niñas comencé a acomodar todos los trabajos en el suelo para poder visualizar la forma en la que acomodaría todo en las paredes.
En un principio no tenía ni idea de la distribución que tomaría pero poco a poco todo comenzó a tomar forma. Lo que más me costó fue comenzar, ya luego todo se hizo más sencillo.
No dio tiempo de pegarlo todo pero al menos se logró una gran parte. Tenía pensado culminar al día siguiente, si es que la clase me lo permitía. La les contaré si se logró en el próximo post.
After the girls left, I started arranging all the artwork on the floor so I could visualize how I would arrange everything on the walls.
At first, I had no idea what the layout would be, but little by little, everything began to take shape. The hardest part was getting started; after that, it all became easier.
There wasn't time to hang everything up, but at least I got a good portion done. I planned to finish the next day, if class allowed. I'll let you know if I managed it in the next post.
Y luego de volver a casa me ocupé en armar el documento de los certificados, que eran unos cuantos y algunos debían llevar algunas modificaciones. Esto lo mandé a imprimir y lo buscaría al volver a casa. Así terminó un día bastante agitado pero en el cual se lograron varios de los objetivos planteados.

And after getting home, I got busy putting together the certificate document, which was quite a few and some needed a few modifications. I sent it to be printed and would pick it up when I got home. That's how a pretty hectic day ended, but one in which several of the planned objectives were achieved.
