¡Hola Chicos!
Hoy les voy a contar sobre una Master Class que se desarrolló el dÃa de ayer en nuestro centro artÃstico. En Lakrearte nos encontramos en la búsqueda de talentos para ampliar nuestro catálogo de cursos y hace dÃas hice la convocatoria para entrevistar a varios aspirantes.
Entre todas las personas que asistieron se encontraba este chico que es maquillador y desde que lo conocà me pareció que tenÃa una propuesta muy sólida de lo que buscaba ofrecer.
Anteriormente habÃa dictado cursos, cosa que me pareció bien porque ya tenÃa un poco de experiencia sobre el trato a las personas y esto era una gran ventaja.
Asà que me di la oportunidad de que pudiéramos hacer algo en el local y fue cuando surgió la idea de hacer una Master Class.
Le pedà unas fotos que plasmaran lo que se iba a explicar y en cuestión de horas ya me las estaba pasando. Luego yo me encargué de hacer un flyer para darle promoción a la actividad y asà dar esa prueba a ver qué tal era la receptividad.

Today I'm going to tell you about a Master Class that took place yesterday at our art center. At Lakrearte, we're looking for talent to expand our course offerings, and a few days ago I put out a call for interviews with several applicants.
Among those who attended was this guy who's a makeup artist, and from the moment I met him, I felt he had a very solid proposal for what he wanted to offer.
He had taught courses before, which I thought was great because he already had some experience working with people, and that was a big advantage.
So I decided to give him the opportunity to do something at the center, and that's when the idea of a Master Class came up.
I asked him for some photos that would illustrate what he was going to explain, and within hours he was sending them to me. Then I made a flyer to promote the event and test it out to see how people would respond.
Le pedà que me pasara una idea de como le gustarÃa que fuera el flyer y teniendo eso como punto de partida me puse manos a la obra.
La verdad me quedó muy similar a su ejemplo y él quedó encantado. El hacer yo los flyer garantiza que todo tenga la misma estética de todo mi trabajo y me siento mucho más cómoda hacerlo de esta forma.
Una vez se dió la promoción tuvimos la inscripción de 10 personas y eso nos puso bastante contentos a ambos.
I asked him to give me an idea of what he'd like the flyer to look like, and with that as a starting point, I got to work.
Honestly, it turned out very similar to his example, and he was thrilled. Making the flyers myself ensures that everything has the same aesthetic as all my other work, and I feel much more comfortable doing it this way.
Once the promotion launched, we had 10 people sign up, which made us both very happy.
Yo me encargué de organizar todo lo del refrigerio que se les iba a ofrecer y ese dÃa me fui más temprano para tener todo listo para cuando el chico llegara al igual que las participantes.
I took charge of organizing all the refreshments that were going to be offered to them, and that day I left earlier to have everything ready for when the boy arrived, as well as the participants.
Él llegó junto a su modelo y se puso a organizar todo. También fue con el una chica que era su amiga y lo iba a ayudar a grabar contenido para sus redes.
De los participantes solo fueron 7, al resto se les complicó un poco el poder asistir, pero aún asà 7 fue un buen número para ser el primer taller.
He arrived with his model and started organizing everything. A friend of his also came along and was going to help him record content for his social media.
Only seven of the participants actually attended; the rest had some difficulty getting there, but even so, seven was a good number for the first workshop.
La clase duró casi 3 horas y llegó un punto en el que las personas se sintieron algo cansadas de la silla, asà que terminaron sentadas en el suelo jajaja fue muy chistoso.
En cuanto a la explicación me gusto mucho la forma de trabajar del chico pues lo hacÃa claramente y el resultado fue genial.
The class lasted almost 3 hours, and at one point people got a little tired of sitting in their chairs, so they ended up sitting on the floor, haha, it was hilarious.
As for the explanation, I really liked the way the guy worked; he explained everything clearly, and the result was great.
Tanto las participantes como yo quedamos súper felices con el resultado del taller, a pesar del montón de cosas que le aplicó la chica quedó súper natural y eso habla muy bien de su trabajo como maquillador.
De verdad que me gustó mucho poder tener esta clase en nuestro espacio y esperamos pronto poder contar con muchas más clases y asà ampliar de forma exitosa nuestro catálogo de cursos. Gracias por leer chicos, nos leemos en la próxima.
Both the participants and I were thrilled with the workshop results. Despite the numerous makeup products the artist used, the look was incredibly natural, which speaks volumes about her skill as a makeup artist.

Excelente que estés ampliando la oferta de capacitación en tu local, y que haya tenido buena receptividad esta master class.
Que buen talento tiene este muchacho, es una buena oportunidad para el y tu taller, darse a conocer y además capacitar a otras personas en esa área.
Se ve que el chico es todo un artista, me encantarÃa poder aprender a maquillarme o maquillar asÃ, pero me resulta complicado, jeje
