¡Hola Chicos!
Hoy inició una nueva semana y con ella el inicio de clases y "la normalidad". Como sabrán hemos estado atravesando días bastante tensos en el país y todo apuntaba que volveríamos a la cotidianidad este día pues se había planteado que para estas fechas iniciarían las clases.
Yo en el local también me planifiqué para comenzar las clases esta semana, por lo que ya venía trabajando mi planificación en pro a eso.
Pero con todo lo acontecido la verdad es que no teníamos ni idea de si esto iba a ser posible y pues nos encontrábamos a la espera a ver cómo se darían las cosas.
Por suerte desde el sábado que salí he notado que la cosas se han ido normalizando y decidimos reanudar entonces nuestras rutinas.

Today a new week began, and with it, the start of classes and a return to "normalcy." As you know, we've been going through some pretty tense days in the country, and everything pointed to us returning to our daily routines today, as classes were scheduled to start around this time.
I had also planned to start classes this week at the shop, so I had already been working on my plan accordingly.
But with everything that's happened, the truth is we had no idea if this was going to be possible, and we were just waiting to see how things would turn out.
Luckily, since I left on Saturday, I've noticed that things have been gradually returning to normal, so we decided to resume our routines.
Despertamos bien temprano en la mañana, aunque tenía cero ganas la verdad jajaja cuesta mucho volver a regular los horarios luego de tener 3 semanas acostándonos y despertando tarde.
Aún así logramos salir de casa, dejé a mi hijo en su liceo, al cual se notaba que no habían ido muchos alumnos.
Muchas personas han optado por no enviar a sus hijos esta semana a la espera de lo que pueda ocurrir en el país. La tensión sigue, sobre todo en las calles y muchos recomiendan resguardarse.
Nosotros decidimos llevarlo para evaluar la situación y ver cómo se van dando las cosas.
We woke up really early this morning, even though I honestly had zero desire to, haha. It's so hard to get back into a regular sleep schedule after three weeks of going to bed and waking up late.
Even so, we managed to leave the house. I dropped my son off at his school, which was noticeably empty.
Many people have chosen not to send their children to school this week, waiting to see what might happen in the country. The tension remains, especially in the streets, and many are recommending staying home.
We decided to take him to assess the situation and see how things develop.
Al llegar a casa le envié al técnico del aire acondicionado para que pasara buscándolo. No sé si les mencioné en otro post pero nuestro aire se dañó hace como 5 días. Le hicimos reparaciones a final de año pero desde hace poco comenzó a fallar hasta el punto de no enfriar más.
Desde entonces hemos estado durmiendo pésimo y hoy por fin el técnico vino a buscarlo para solucionar ese problema.
When I got home, I sent the air conditioning technician to pick it up. I don't know if I mentioned it in another post, but our air conditioner broke down about five days ago. We had it repaired at the end of the year, but recently it started malfunctioning to the point where it stopped cooling altogether.
Since then, we've been sleeping terribly, and today the technician finally came to get it and fix the problem.
Así que tocó pasar todo el día así, bueno, como los días anteriores, con un calor extremo que no deja actuar mucho.
Los días así nos invade un letargo terrible y toca mantenerse sereno sin moverse mucho para no acalorarse de más.
Esto frena un poco las tareas diarias sobre todo las pendientes. Traté de salir de otras cositas desde mi teléfono y por suerte logré avanzar en una de las cosas de mi lista.
Cayó la tarde y aún nos encontramos a la espera de que traigan el aire acondicionado. Sinceramente espero que puedan traerlo hoy porque quiero poder dormir tranquila y retomar las cosas que he dejado a un lado por no poder concentrarme. Ya les contaré luego como nos fue. Por ahora me despido amigos 💜
So, I had to spend the whole day like this, well, like the previous days, in extreme heat that doesn't allow for much getting done.
On days like this, a terrible lethargy sets in, and you have to stay calm and not move much so you don't overheat.
This slows down daily tasks, especially those that are pending. I tried to get some other things done on my phone, and luckily, I managed to make progress on one of the items on my list.
Evening fell, and we're still waiting for the air conditioner to arrive. I sincerely hope they can bring it today because I want to be able to sleep peacefully and get back to the things I've put aside because I haven't been able to concentrate.
