I can't argue with any of what you've just laid out here. Two posts a day is definitely the best option, you yourself don't get stressed out and there would be quite a lot more time to engage.

Publishing ten posts a day is weird and quite suspicious. No human can write that much a day, so most of the time is definitely spent stealing these write ups.

Also, the nature of contributions has to be in watch as well, because though everyone has freedom of speech, regardless, once you're in another user's comment section, there's need to be guided, because that's another man's territory.
